they feel nice tight and are the perfect length at my height of 5'10". I do believe in compression sleeve to help recover. The snug fit just feels great on sore muscles.

The 2XU calfguards works wonders when you run long distances. It keeps you from cramping and helps with recovery.

Legs feel better at end of day. I guess they need to be tight to stay on, there is no slippage. I thought they would be a little more spandex-y to ease getting them off. It can be pretty tough to get them off if you work out with them on. Otherwise they are great. Survived multiple Washings with no problem
