These 2XU thermal compression tights greatly exceeded my expectations. I have a pair of UnderArmour thermal tights purchased a few years ago which I used for long trail runs and snowboarding but I have lost weight and was in need of new tights. I decided to research other companies after being disappointed by UA's new models which appear to be made of a thinner less durable material (if felt they were going to rip when trying them on). I discovered 2XU and these are far more superior in material, design and construction than UA. The compression fit is amazing and I could feel the difference immediately in several 5 mile test trail runs. I can't wait to use them when hitting the powder this season. I am 5'9" at 180lbs and had to go with Large since I have larger muscular thighs even though the sizing chart would have me use Medium which I could barely get over my thighs. Yes 2XU costs more but without a doubt I believe they are worth it.

If you are considering the purchase of a new set of thermal tights, your search has ended. These are the most comfortable and easy to put-on tights on the market. As a tall runner, the extra material makes for a great fit and feel.
