fantastic shoes/slippers
I live in these shoes/slippers about 9 months out of the year, only forgoing them when it gets really warm here (Norfolk, VA). They are the most comfortable pair of anything I have with ample toe box room for my sore feet. Good arch support too. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly.

Luxuriously soft and comfortable
Regarding the fit: I have a difficult time finding a shoe that fits me and is comfortable. I require a wide toe box, yet my heel is narrow. I have a high arch. This shoe fits perfectly. My foot is not squished, nor is the shoe too tight. As Goldilocks would say.... ummmm it's just right. The shearling lining is THICK. So comfortable. I have worn them out in very cold weather and my feet stay warm, don't sweat and feel pampered, as if my feet are luxuriating in a spa. The shoes have a boxy look to them. Basically, they are not very lady-like looking. So they are great for out and about and even light hiking and jumping through a puddle even, thanks to the sturdy rubber sole. They do not look that great during dress up. These shoes are my favorite shoes now. Easy on and off, yet they stay on while walking. They heel doesn't clomp up and down the way some mules do. I purchased the dark brown leather and it's a beautiful color with a rich looking material. I would recommend this to anyone who has to stay on their feet, yet wants to look stylish while doing so. I was also impressed by the good sale and quick shipping at Altrec. - I will be shopping here more often now.

Great Slipper, But need to order a size up when ordering
I am a tough customer. I have been looking for slippers that would give me enough arch support with out having to buy a shoe. These are great. First the product came quickly and then the slipper had a lot of support. The only problem that I experienced was that the slipper was too small. So I am going to exchange them for the next size up. I recommend getting a little bigger size especially if you like to wear socks with your slippers.
