Great for Backpacking
This is a lightweight, but good, backcountry first aid kit. The high visibility bright yellow lightweight outer pouch makes finding the kit easy. There is enough room to add your own additional medications and a few other personal items as needed. I am pleased with the kit, and the purchase.

just what we need
after attempting to put together our own first aid pack of various things in our medicine cabinet only to find on the trail we didn't pack what we needed, we purchased this kit and can now confidently go out knowing we will be covered if anything happens. Lightweight and waterproof packaging is a big improvement over our old plastic bag!
