The Master of Long-Underwear... zipper?
March 07, 2013
When I first tried on the Ninja Suit I was impressed not only of the quality but how warm it was. One-piece long underwear makes since, like a mitten versus a glove. I am 120lbs, 5'2 and the small fits perfect. The suit looks bigger than it really is. I have not tested it on the slopes yet due to the uncomfortableness of the front interior zipper, so I cannot comment on the wicking properties. I was disappointed that the zipper did not have flat-locked, covered seams. Although, I plan to keep the Ninja and hopefully wearing a moisture-wicking cami underneath will solve the scratchy problem! I'm suprised of this flaw due to the quality and years of testing put into the product. Maybe this important detail was over-looked or a cost factor. My daughter wore hers as pj's after a long day of snow boarding and the whole group got a kick out of this awesome yet quirky suit! The zipper is my only complaint!Pros: Build quality, Ease of use, warm, cute & quirky, practical, Cons: interior zipper!
