These tights are comfortable and stretch in all the right places. They are a true fit. If you are a medium buy medium. I have worn these on several long runs; 7 to 10 miles. Great performance. They do not creep down at the waist.

Capri's have stiching in areas that flatter you! These fit well, are true to size, comfy & did I mention flatter you? Everything you want in a capri. Not too tight when pulling on & off - issues with other capris and tighter workout pants. They also move well with your body, no binding.
