Perfect for Cold Weather
March 17, 2011

My hands get very cold, so I am always looking for great insulating gloves that fit well which makes finding the right glove for me and very difficult process. However, without a doubt, these Arc-Teryx gloves work perfect as a mid-layer glove underneath a shell glove or they work well by themselves on days that are not windy but cold! The fit is very true to the measurements, so if you normally wear a medium then go with a medium because they do have some stretch to them. Also, the quality of the gloves are right in-line with other Arc'Teryx products, so no worries there!

like slippers for your fingers!
January 21, 2011

January here in Texas, and couldn't begin to tell you where my 5yr old gloves disappeared! I was already ordering some Arc'Teryx gear, and the weather man was blabbing about COLD weather. Decided to purchase my 2nd Delta AR fleece AND thought I'd try the Delta AR gloves. GREAT decision! Dropped into the mid-20's, and the gloves did the trick. WARM, comfortable, and not at all bulky. I especially like the contoured wrist cuff so they can fit under my fleece. Typical Arc'Teryx quality build and materials, so definitely worth the $$. Like slippers for your fingers! Highly recommend.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Great value, incredibly comfortable, contoured wrist cuff

Delta AR Glove
April 20, 2012

Nowdays I have heard that buying Arcteryx stuffs is an investment. There are no more to say the quality of Arcteryx, always top-notch. I used this glove on daily basis in winter, and it kept my hand warm and dry. It's also very soft and looks great. Great material! It's true to size. It's not waterpoof, water-resistant or windproof, but I think that's not the purpose of this glove made for. It's more about warm and breathable.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great value, Lasts forever

Great Gloves
September 22, 2011

This gloves from Arc'teryx are for casual wear. Not for very cold weather. Are light and compact. Breathable, however not wind proof. I like this gloves.

Awesome glove...
March 17, 2011

This glove is just the ticket for cool spring or early fall temps... The fleece is high quality the fit is true (M) and the glove is very comfortable. This glove is a fleece glove so don't use it for any task that require a sure grip. Arcteryx is the finest quality outdoor clothing currently available to the civilian public. Altrec has the best selection of arcteyx that I have seen!

light weight and breathability
October 31, 2011

The Arc'Teryx Delta AR Glove is light weight and breathability . The Delta is made with a pill-resistant, high-loft shearling that works well as insulation for a shell glove or as a stand-alone glove on cold, dry days. Aggressively articulated fingers provide exceptional dexterity, and slim-fit stretch cuffs give you a snug fit with added bulk. i like it very much except the price.

Perfect Gloves for Hiking
January 02, 2012

I used to the Delta AR Glove when ascending Kilimanjaro and these gloves were exactly what I needed. They were lightweight but warm and the articulated fingers enabled dexterity - this was very important especially on the colder parts on the mountain where I wanted the same functionality as my fingers would have in their natural state. These gloves are ideal as a base layer too, however I would not use them in wet or very cold conditions on their own.

Very nice glove
December 24, 2010

This glove is very comfortable, it does not have a very tight fit so fingers does not feel confined. It is very comfortable for temps down to 15F. A little bit of wind can be felt through the seams when it gets very windy 20mph + but not enoough so that your fingers will feel cold. Highly recommanded.

Good for Purchase
October 27, 2011

I have not used this for a long term yet. However, it is very warm and good quality. I had a oppotunity to use this combined with the Alpha SV Glove as an inner glove. This combination matches to my hand. I would recommend that this be used for any winter actibity as an inner.

Super comfortable
February 27, 2011

These are just plain great all-around gloves. They just reinforce my impression that Arc'teryx is the best. They fit like a glove (sorry). The tips of my fingers go right to the ends, neither too long nor too short. These gloves are comfortable when gripping objects or otherwise using the hands. They are warm but breathable, so not clammy. And they're easy to take care of. They also look very stylish. The thin area at the wrist works great to reduce bulk while still providing insulation there.

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use
