extremely light and durable I have worn this vest mountain biking, hiking and golfing all Summer. It weighs next to nothing but provides protection from the elements when needed. Since it packs so small it is a hardly noticeable addition to my daypack. It has one small but handy pocket on the left side. At 6', 160 the medium fits perfectly. August 22, 2011
