I was reluctant to purchase this work out shirt due to the price, around 40 bucks and change. You can get two adidas shirt for the price of one of these. However, now that I have it I am shopping for another one in a different color. The only suggestion I have is the shirt is cut slim. I wear a large and the large will work but the next one I order is going to be an extra large. They are snug fitting. Now if I was a 30 year in great shape it would be perfect but I'm not. I'm 54 about 10 pounds too heavy and while it feels great and I'll work out in it I think the extra large wouldn't exaggerate my extra 10 so much.

This is a very cool clothes to wear in the summer, I have been wearing the process of climbing it, it's fabric dry quickly, people feel very cool. And the fabric is very soft, comfortable, lightweight, easy to carry, in short, I like it very much! Recommended buy!

synthetic t-shirts are great. the motus crew is the best one i have owned. they have a 'texture' but are smooth. wicking is helped (i think) by the woven texture. i'm 5 10' 165/41" chest. a med will fit if you want tight. i went w/lg. they do come out of dryer wrinkled but smooth out as you hang or wear 'em.
