It's very cool softshell pants, it could prevent wind well and be breathable at the same time, I bought it for winter,But it 's thinner than I thought, I have to wear warmer baselayer or middlelayer inside. Anyway, it's a great pant. Moreover, it fits me very well and looks so cool, I like its design in appearance.

Incredible softshell pant. Built with Windstopper and interior lining is very warm. This is warmer than any other softshell I've had, including the Arcteryx Gamma MX. I am extremely impressed and satisfied. Expensive, but worth ever dime if you find yourself doing a lot of winter ski tours and winter climbing.

The light insulation is great... adds some warmth but not heavy....perfect for hiking in the mountains, esp those windy days...beyond what I expected.

Sort of a soft hardshell or a hard soft-shell material. Great fit, terrific detail and construction.
