Good bag just needed bigger
This seems like a great bag but we were looking for a diaper bag and decided to upgrade to the mistral 16 side bag for more space. Really nice quality, love the color, and love all the little details. Looking forward to getting our mistral 16 soon.

Not bad
The design is really genius, fold down closure is really nice to protect the contents from element. The quality is top notch, looks overbuilt, which I like. But the handle strap on the bag that you are going to be using when it's not on your shoulder is not padded and when the bag is full and heavy, the strap is not comfortable.

This is pretty cool
I have had this for a few weeks now and I mainly use it for my commute to work. I really like it. It is hard to see in the photo, but there is one large pocket that fits a small nalgene, a book, wallet, keys, and a few misc items. The closure of the main pocket is cool, it folds over twice and then has straps that tighten. It has a ton of pockets on the inside and the outside. The inside of the green bag is pink and it looks pretty cool. It is very light and comfortable.

Nice Size Bag / Good Quality
I use this is a purse as well as a bag for when I scoot around town on my bike. It's easy to wear while riding a bike, but not so big or bulky that it isn't a functional purse at other times. I treat it roughly and it hasn't shown any wear.

Useful bag
Firstly, I have to admit that it 's useful bag for city, it may contain more items than I thought , its shape is different from what I thought it would be, the shape is a little weird.Overall,it can play its role when I am in city.

awesome bag!
Good build quality and very padded... The closure on the top is a cool addition that makes big things easy to pack away. This bag is replacing my old and tattered Marmot Walkabout v.1 and its a perfect replacement. Too many pockets to count, quality straps and zippers and a divided inside make the $100 well worth it!

Easy access
I really like the fold down design. It takes a while getting used to it but once you have it down, it's very slick. You can easily swing the bag around for easy access.

Should be a little bigger.
I've used both mistral 8 and mistral 16. The design is quite attractive. While I'm not quite satisfied with their capacity. The mistral 16 is too large for daily use. While the mistral 8 is a little too small. It could hardly hold my 12 inch notebook. I think if there were a mistral 10, it would be a much better choice.
