Arc'teryx Spear 20 Daypack
Description
While a smidgen smaller than the 1,460 cubic inch Spear 24, the Arc'teryx Spear 20 features streamlined mesh side pockets in a compact design that fits well on your back, making it ideal for cycling and fast-paced hiking. This sleek pack features a smaller top-loading main compartment opening, but it does have the same internal water bladder pocket, hydration hose outlet and shoulder strap hose clip found on the Spear 24. It also shares the same internal CD player pocket, which accommodates a wide range of electronic devices.

The Spear 20 Daypack is good in quality. Durability for carry daily things. Nice design, the botton's back of the pack is leave the waist for more air circulartion. But not easy for packing inside. the harness is comfortable for normal usage. Upon carry on the body, the pack is slightly upper than normal daypack.

Great plane pack
June 25, 2011
I've been doing a ton of flying for my job lately and I needed a pack that could fit my laptop, iPad, a book(or 2) and some assorted pens/notebooks/flashlight/batteries/toiletries while fitting under the seat ahead of me.
It does this very well, though I'm wondering if I should've gone a size up because I have maxed it out already. Wearing the pack is comfortable, though it's not my go to range/city pack (a little too small and lacks internal org). The lack of internal organizers (other than a pouch for a hydration bladder that also fits a 15" Macbook Pro), is why I could never rock this as a day bag for work.
Like all packs made by the dirty bird I have purchased, form and comfort is there as well as the famous Arc bomb proof construction.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance

it's incredibly easy to get access into the main body of the pack. Plus it's got a side access zipper that allows you to get inside without needing to open the top; really convenient. The inside of the pack is lined with a bright orange color, which helps for being able to see what's inside the pack when you're trying to find something. Overall it is great.
