beautiful top
It's very warm and, wonder of wonders for me, the sleeves aren't
too long. I've only worn it once so I can't talk about the durability but
it's so beautiful that I hope to have it a long time.

I live in Northern California and this garment is perfect for the climate here. Love the covert, best fleece I have owned. The fit is true to size and provides ample warmth for my use. I would highly recommend this item.

Great Quality
Dressy like a sweater, warm like a polar fleece. Received
this as a Christmas gift and couldn't wait to purchase
a 2nd one in a different color. This is my "go to" outerwear
for casual occasions. The fit is snug...Normally I wear a
small, but ordered a medium for a perfect fit.

Light and warm
My second Arc'teryx purchase; I also bought Pink Atom jacket; the cardi is lightweight but warm; The North Face Medium is a bit big on me but Arc'teryx sizing fits me perfectly. Love Ar'cteryx products!

Excellent Purchase
The Arc'teryx Covert Cardigan is excellent. It is fashionable, warm and light. The jacket fit true to its size and it had a lot of innovative design features and pockets. I would buy another one!

Cardigan was a gift to my wife.

Warm, light, and great fit!
The Polartec ThermalPro fabric provides a lightweight but warm and resilient layer of insulation that works equally well on the mountain or in the office. I've purchased Covert Cardigans for all the women in my life - my mother, my wife, and my daughter. They love them and wear them everywhere when the weather turns cold. The workmanship is superb, the fit is close without being restrictive, and the feel of the fabric is reminiscent of a wonderful wool sweater without the itch.

Warm jacket, nice styling
In addition to being an attracive style, the material is much better than an older Arcteryx fleece jacket I had that pilled almost immediately. While this one hasn't had many washes yet, it is retaining the vibrant color and no visible pilling at all. It looks like it will hold up very well.

Great looking fleece!
If you don't like traditional fleece jackets, give this a try. It is much better looking--fleecy inside, more like a sweater on the outside. I have many Arcteryx jackets--Alpha SL, Alpha LT, Beta SL, Atom--all size small. I had read that the Covert Cardigan is a slim fit, so I ordered a medium. I'm very happy with the fit. It fits more like a jacket than a sweater. I'm sure I could wear the small, but I prefer a looser fit, with room for a couple of light layers underneath. If you like a slim fit, go with your regular size. For a more relaxed fit, size up.

Great Fit and Very Warm
Love the jacket. It is very warm and is perfect for temp below 45 degree. If temp. is about 50 degree I normally wear it on top of the tank top, otherwise it will be too warm for me. Wind Proof, Love it. I am 115 lbs 5.2" and size S fits me perfect.

great fleece
My favorite fleece. It is very comfy and soft. Great for outdoors and just lounging at home. I am 5'7" and the length is great in body and sleeve. It tucks in a little at the waist. Cute zipper on sleeve. Washes and dries easily. Great quality. Runs true to size.

Love this jacket
I love the fit of this jacket, which is very tailored - it is not boxy like some fleece jackets. It is warm and comfortable without being hot, and it looks great. I liked it so much I now have two!

Like they say...
the covert cardigan is a great light jacket. I have nothing new to add to the other positive reviews here- I do like the fit and design. I will mention that for some reason I thought the material would be a little thicker and "luxurious" than it is, but that was my fault-- it's Polartec material after all. Overall, I am pleased with this addition to the ol' winter wardrobe.

Great sweater jacket
This jacket is very cozy. My only concern is in the durability department. The inner lining is like your typical polar fleece jacket. The outside is more like sweater material which makes it very dressy casual and different from the typical polar fleece jacket. My personal choice would be not to wear this in heavy duty outdoor activity for fear of picking or snagging the material. However, to wear to work or everyday activites this is a very beautiful jacket, very attractive. Color is awesome. I will buy another jacket because I prefer this type of sweater jacket to a pullover sweater. Just understand this is not your typical polar fleece jacket. If you desire something like a sweater, this is it!!! I am 5'3" and weigh 125 lbs. I usually purchase a medium. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear because I did not want a slim fit. I like my jackets to be loose. The jacket was just right, not to big, slightly long in the sleeve, but not enough to be a deal breaker. Size looks appropriate, not sloppy big. If you want a slim fit, order your regular size.

BEST FLEECE EVER
All I have to say is, I LOVE THIS FLEECE/SWEATER Cardigan! I have owned many different fleeces from numerous top brand companies and this one is by far the best! This cardigan can be used as a layer or out on the town. I own numerous colors now b/c this cardigan ROCKS!! Not only is it extremely warm, but it is very well made, has beautiful colors, and is so trendy! I am very petite (5'1" 108 lbs) and this cardigan flatters my petite figure. This cardigan can be used as a layer or out on the town. I own numerous colors now b/c this cardigan ROCKS!! I know it's pricey, but well worth it! Other top brands have always made me look frumpy, but not Arc'teryx!! I own numerous Arc'teryx products and this one holds true to the Arc'teryx name!!

The sweater/jacket fits beatifully--the blue color is spectacular--I get lots of compliments.
Like all arcteryx it is pricey--but I have always had good luck with durability--and this is nice enough to wear with a casual dress

Nicest fleece in my closet!
I normally wear a small, but didn't want a tight fit, so I went with a medium. It fits about the same as my small North Face Denali, but it's a much nicer looking jacket than the Denali. I will be using it as my around town "dressy" fleece, while the Denali will be used for camping. I highly recommend this jacket!

Perfect fit for petite women!
I ordered an XS and am very petite and this jacket fits perfectly (I normally wear a XXSP or 00P). It's extremely warm and functions well as an insulating layer. Aesthetically, it's also a very flattering jacket.

order size larger
I was so excited to wear my first arc'teryx sweater, but was quickly saddened as I realized I couldn't zip up the cardigan over my chest and the shoulders were tight. I am not a large busted or shoulder pad-like women, but am petite and athletic and it was a tight fit. I bought the coat on sale and am sad to see that I wasn't able to get a larger size at the same price. I suggest going for a size larger to for a perfect coat. When I did try it on, it was so very warm and would recommend it highly, just get the size right the first time!

This jacket runs a little small so I would recommend sizing up one size. It is excellent quality and very warm.

Great fitted fleece for petite women

What a winter staple!
This is the third Arc'teryx coat we have given to my mom. She loves them! They are very well made, warm and so cute on her! I have one myself and will be asking for one for Christmas!

Beautiful but runs very small
Runs small. The fabric is wonderful and the color beautiful, but the sleeves and body were too form fitting and I had already sized up reference other reviews. Didn't like the shorter front either. It should have been left longer all the way around.

My favorite fleece
I have bought several of these jackets, which blend the best of a soft sweater and an outdoor fleece. The Covert has a more fitting shape than most fleeces, so you can wear it in town or on the trail. It manages to be very comfortable, not too fitting, not too warm.

Wonderful
Very durable and soft/comfortable fabric. This jacket is breathable but also keeps you warm when necessary. Great for layering with arcteryx winter jackets or wearing as an outer layer on a cool fall day.

Another beauty in the Covert series
I have the zip-neck pullover, the vest, the hoody and now this cardigan in the Arcteryx Covert series and I LOVE all of them. Carefully detailed construction, soft, durable and unique fabric, and beautiful unusual colors make every Covert item a super addition to your stuff. Can wear as a "nicer" sweater-jacket or as a tougher, warm mid-layer - for indoors or out. Very lightweight but always warm when I need it to be. One of the great things I have found with Arcteryx is that its sizing is consistent! Yea! Only the vest, for me at least, seems to run a touch big in the large and a touch small in the medium. BUY THIS; YOU WON'T BE SORRY!

This is a great jacket. It can be easily worn outdoors to indoors without becoming uncomfortable due to the breathable fabric.

Flattering and warm at the same time
I love this jacket so much I now own three of them in different colors. It's form-fitting, not the least bit bulky, and much warmer than you would think given how light-weight it is. If in doubt, buy the larger size.

Great buy and excellent fit
The fit is comfortable not bulky, flat fitting but warm. Sizing tends to run small, I fit a 10 jacket and take a Large in the cardigan. The appearance is great for casual or business attire.
