Runs Small
December 21, 2010
I purchased this lightweight Polartec pullover to wear under my Arcteryx Beta AR rain jacket. I liked the soft fleece fabric, the longer neck zipper, and the color (I bought it in blue). However, the sizing was problematic. I usually wear size small, but the pullover was very snug and form-fitting in size small, and too large in size medium. In my experience Arcteryx clothing tends to be quite slim-fitting and runs small. The overall quality of the pullover was excellent.

I have this in two colors, a medium to use as base layer, and a large, for use as outer layer in fall or spring. I'm 5'8" and 145 lbs. Fabric is very soft and cozy. Excellent quality.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, PerformanceIncredible!

I love Arc teryx Delta. I bought one last year and fell in love with it that end up buying few. I can hardly wait to wear them more this winter. I wore it as base layer in activities or simply running errands. They look stunning.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of usemy first arcteryx

I know a few Norwegian friends who have items of this brand and they have been very impressed, despite the price. So when I found this on sale I wanted to try it. Oh my goodness! It's so soft and cozy! I love to wear it as a base layer against my skin. The zipper is quite long, so it can be adjusted a lot. The cut is femine, and the length is perfect and it is long enough, but not too long.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, soft, Cons: CostDid you recently buy the Arc'teryx Delta LT Zip Shirt? Write a review.
"go to" clothing
February 19, 2011
This has become my wife's favorite go to second layer. It is light and fits relatively small (tight), but is very versitile and surprisingly warm. This is the perfect mid layer for moderate outdoor temps, but is equally useful for everyday around the house or camp activities. Temperature regulation/control is very good, and this is a quality constructed piece of clothing. Recommended for sure (just wait for a sale...full price seems a bit high)

The best fleece on the market. Few people would need something thicker if layering. Very warm for its light weight. Great for stuffing into a backpack along with an Alpha SL Jacket.

Love my Arcteryx Zip Shirt
January 24, 2013
I love this shirt. Very soft, stretchable, fits snug, but can stretch well so can put over another shirt. I have three of these shirts, and they are my very favorite in my sport wardrobe. Lots of flexibility. Wear it to an early morning work out, and just used it skiing in 28 degree weather last weekend; it layers well with base smartwool shirt and ski jacket. I am 5'9 1/2" and it fits well for my long arms. It is on the expensive side. Save up for it, and get it. Totally worth it.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Cons: CostGreat layering shirt

The Delta LT Zip is light but warm and soft. Excellent for insulation as a mid-layer but good enough to be worn alone as a warm baselayer. I was surprised by how form-fitting the shirt was. I purchased an XS (I'm 5'4, 100 lbs) and it fits perfectly. Finally, a shirt that fits well! Great to wear it as a baselayer/midlayer beneath a Gore-Tex windproof jacket during cool brisk autumn walks.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Great valueArc'teryx does it again!

Didn't think that the Delta LT Zip could get any better, but the new style with the longer neck zipper is a big hit. Much easier to get into....and having the longer zip neck, makes it easier to cool off as well.
This is a good one!

This is a really warm yet lightweight shirt. I have other shirts which are similar weight and just don't cut it when it starts to get cold, but this one keeps me warm. I am tallish - 5' 10" - and a Large is great for length in the body and the arms. I was a bit wary because this shirt was a bit more expensive than others, but now that I have it, I'm thinking about buying more!

Superb build quality and fit

Superb build quality and fit. This is a great mid layer and serves well for apres!
Comfy fleece

This is a warm, multipurpose fleece/shirt. It works as lightweight fleece by itself or with a lightweight t-shirt under it. It will also make an awesome layering piece this winter under a shell, as it's not too bulky. I found that at 5'7" 130# most size medium Arcteryx tops fit well. Small is definitely too tight, and not long enough in the sleeves.
beautiful and functional

I love this shirt as a fall/winter midlayer for hiking. It is very warm, yet wicks the sweat away. I learned early on that there is no bad weather, just bad equipment and this layer is part of my system for enjoying hiking in the wintertime. I find that this brand runs slightly smaller than Patagonia. If you do not like a slim fit, I would order up a size. That said, it is extremely figure flattering and not boxy. The colors are gorgeous. This is worth the money.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great value, figure flatteringAwesome Mid-Layer
January 26, 2013
Bought this for my wife, who is constantly cold, I have finally been able to warm her up this year with proper layering. This light fleece is very smooth to the skin, wicks wonderfully, and keeps the warmth in. As always, its an Arc'teryx so quality is second to none. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a light, but warm mid-layer.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, PerformanceGreat light weight fleece

I love this fleece. The material is so soft and not bulky at all. It's warm enough to wear on a chilly day, but light enough to use as a base layer. Great for snow sports or just walking the dog. The cut of the women's fleece is fitted, flattering, yet ver comfortable. I recommend this item.

Great quality, very form-fitting, lightweight, durable. Typical Arteryx quality. Great for cold weather activities as a base layer. I use it for cool weather biking, paddling sailing.

I have purchased 4 of these shirts for myself and my daughter, and we both love them. I just returned from a chilly trip to Europe, and wore one of these nearly every day. They took up very little room in my suitcase, and I never felt frumpy or crumpled. They are form fitting and on the smaller side. I usually wear an XS, but need S in this shirt. Note: The Camellia color appears in the photo to be hot pink, but is actually a gorgeous magenta.

Quality fleece top. I really liked the longer zip front. This makes getting the top on and off much easier. Fit is true to size. Would highly recommend.
Pros: Build qualityGreat lightweight fleece

This was a great purchase! The fleece is lightweight yet warm. Really great for layering and keeping you warm. I also use it on its own for outdoor runs.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of useSuper light and warm

This pullover is very warm for the weight. It's even lighter than a polo shirt. Very well designed, it wears comfortable and allows lots of freedom of movement. It's waterproof (resistant) and quick to wick too. My wife and I each have one and we just love them.
Super

A gift to my girlfriend, the Delta LT couldn't be better. Fit was perfect, tight enough to not get in the way, but flexible in the arms. A great layer for a slightly cool day.

AWESOME!

This is the softest, warmest, comfiest (if that's even a word) base layer ever! This top is extremely flattering on my physique (I'm 5'1, 108 lbs and wear a size small)! It is extremely functional as a base layer for hiking, etc but also looks great going out to dinner! The Bondi Blue color is a beautiful teal color, I love it!! I have just ordered another Delta LT top in black and could practically live in this top! I really love how Arc'teryx products flatter the petite woman...finally a company that caters to functionality but also style!! I wear a small in every Arc'teryx product minus the Beta Ar jacket, where I am an xsmall. I would definitely buy this top! Once you do, you'll buy multiple!!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value, figure flatteringMust have for fall

I love this shirt. This is my 3rd Delta LT Zip. Just the right weight to pull on over a t-shirt for an early morning or afternoon walk. Never too hot, or too cold. It's my "go to" shirt for all seasons.
