Arc'teryx Women's Stingray Jacket

A stylish alternative to the standard GORE-TEX® hardshell, the Arc'teryx Women's Stingray Jacket offers waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® Softshell protection that's quiet, soft, and warm to the touch. The nylon face is plenty tough for carving turns through tight stands of rugged alpine fir or brushing shoulders with snow stability test pits. A polyester liner gives the Arc'teryx Stingray an element of warmth that often provides enough insulation when matched with a light base layer on mild days. But wear an insulating layer underneath the Stingray Jacket and it's good to go when the wind is howling or a chilly parking lot fog bank has you hoping for sun at mid-mountain. Two hand pockets with WaterTight zips provide a weatherproof refuge for chilly fingers and sensitive electronic gear. It even offers a sleeve pocket and two internal pockets for lip balm, snacks, and those scrunchies you can never keep track of.

GREAT!
This jacket is great!! I tried several before gladly purchasing this one. The sleeves are long enough to fit snugly over my gloves. The snow skirt and long back keep all the cold air out. The fabric repels water nicely. I can wear a light down jacket underneath without looking too bulky. This is a super jacket!!

The best ever!
I am so pleased with my jacket. We took a trip to Whistler and it was snowing and raining during our trip. The jacket held up like a champ, the inner pockets worked great for my ID and cards and the outer pockets held my hat and gloves when needed! Very comfortable and roomy...love it!!

GREAT!
This jacket is great!! I tried several before gladly purchasing this one. The sleeves are long enough to fit snugly over my gloves. The snow skirt and long back keep all the cold air out. Great Shell!
I just wore this skiing with the Singray Pants. Not only does it look great, it's really soft and comfortable. It totally cut out wind and I stayed dry all day. And, I could move so easily in it. It's totally functional. It fits well too....I'm 5'4" and this is a very flattering look on petite women.

Great Jacket
I bought this for my fiance and she loves it. Fits great, looks great and performed great. It's true to size and the arms where long enough, which something she was worried about. If I where a girl buying a jacket, this is the one I'd buy for myself.

Excellent
I purchased this jacket for my daughter. This is the fourth Arcteryx jacket I have purchased for family members because they are the best. The color on my Arcteryx shell purchased seven years ago has faded a bit from 60 ski days per year, but the jacket has been the best item of clothing I have ever owned. This new soft Gore-tex in the Stingray jacket is a great material. I was very impressed with the prompt service from Altrec.com. Thanks

At last - I've found it!
I have been looking for a shell like this for two years! Finally, a technical shell made for a woman's body! I am on the shorter side, and this jacket fits well in the shoulders and isn't too long in the sleeves! I just received the jacket and am very happy with the quality and workmanship of the jacket. I am also pleased to have had choices of colors that go beyond the standard choices.
