This coat is exactly what I was looking for. Great ski coat with powder skirt. Bomber shell with hood made to wear with ski helmet. Don't think I will ever be wet another day on the mountain! Highly recommend if looking for a bomber ski shell for everyday on the hill.

This jacket is great!! I tried several before gladly purchasing this one. The sleeves are long enough to fit snugly over my gloves. The snow skirt and long back keep all the cold air out. The fabric repels water nicely. I can wear a light down jacket underneath without looking too bulky. This is a super jacket!!

I have been looking for a shell like this for two years! Finally, a technical shell made for a woman's body! I am on the shorter side, and this jacket fits well in the shoulders and isn't too long in the sleeves! I just received the jacket and am very happy with the quality and workmanship of the jacket. I am also pleased to have had choices of colors that go beyond the standard choices.

I am so pleased with my jacket. We took a trip to Whistler and it was snowing and raining during our trip. The jacket held up like a champ, the inner pockets worked great for my ID and cards and the outer pockets held my hat and gloves when needed! Very comfortable and roomy...love it!!

I purchased this jacket for my daughter. This is the fourth Arcteryx jacket I have purchased for family members because they are the best. The color on my Arcteryx shell purchased seven years ago has faded a bit from 60 ski days per year, but the jacket has been the best item of clothing I have ever owned. This new soft Gore-tex in the Stingray jacket is a great material. I was very impressed with the prompt service from Altrec.com. Thanks

I bought this jacket as a gift for my girlfriend and she's worn it nearly nonstop- due to the winter cold- and she hasn't lodged a single complaint against it yet. As the winter wears on, I'm sure she'll appreciate its high quality and durability even more.

I am an avid snowboarder, hiker, and outdoor enthusiasts. My ex-boyfriend bought me this jacket for last valentines day. I can wear this jacket for all seasons for any activity I am doing. The only negative is the zipper is a little awkward around the chin if your wearing a turtle neck. Otherwise this is the best present I have received!

This is my first Arcteryx jacket and I am excited for all of the weather conditions I will be able to face from powder snow-skiing to rainy rafting. Lots of layering needed for winter wear. I purchased the white jacket and love the color. Double check sizing chart for accuracy with ordering, I am 5'8" ordered a medium and feel it may be too big even paired with an oversized fleece. Arm length is long which is perfect for me. Hood is large enough to wear over a ski or bike helmet.

I got this jacket for my wife. She absolutely loves the cut of this jacket and the color (I got her the camilla color). We just got back from our first skiing trip using this jacket and she never once complained about being cold, wet, or unable to move. She was also able to move quite well even with the hood up. I also ordered her the Arc'teryx Women's Atom LT jacket to layer underneath it. It worked very well. It kept her warm and wasn't bulky at all. The magenta matches well with the Camilla outer shell. She was also protected from the winds and snow during the "Great Chicago Blizzard" of 2011. Arc'teryx impresses me again. The only problem is now my wife has better gear than I do...

Great rainproof jacket, fits well....love it!! The color goes with almost everything. The jacket is very soft, while still being extremely waterproof.

I just wore this skiing with the Singray Pants. Not only does it look great, it's really soft and comfortable. It totally cut out wind and I stayed dry all day. And, I could move so easily in it. It's totally functional. It fits well too....I'm 5'4" and this is a very flattering look on petite women.

I love this jacket, take it in my backpack for every trip because you never know when the elements are going to get you. The hood is a little big without a helmet but fits great with one. Totally waterproof and doesn't rip if you catch it on a branch or something. Long enough to cover and I love the blue color.

I bought this for my fiance and she loves it. Fits great, looks great and performed great. It's true to size and the arms where long enough, which something she was worried about. If I where a girl buying a jacket, this is the one I'd buy for myself.

The gore-tex soft shell is the BEST! I like it more than pro shell. Because I like skiing very much,the jacket is more thicker than anyother gore-tex jacket.

Light and warm. Perfect for snowboarding and sking.

I purchased this jacket for my daughter, recently and used it exclusively for a 5 day trip to Alta for skiing. The jacket fits well given the fact that it should allow for multiple layers. Up to -4 Celsius only two layers were needed. At -14 Celsius it requires at least one additional layer. It is wind proof. It is waterproof - based on powder snow. The only draw back of the jacket for skiing is that the hood cannot be tucked in or secured. According to Arcytex you have to pull in the cords of the hood all the way and you will not feel its presence. Hopefully, it will be durable as I expect it. Do not expect to replace it for another decade.
