The Perfect Jacket!
I was hesitant about purchasing the Venta SV jacket due to its priciness, but am so glad I did - it is a great all-around jacket for multi-purpose use, but the technical features, such as the seemingly lightweight fleece backing of this jacket, pack a powerful punch against the elements for cold-weather active use! It is extremely durable and has a very contoured and close fit which is good for minimizing drafts and providing optimal comfort.

Great shell!
ArcTeryx is made to last! Clearly a good quality coat. based on other reviews I'd seen I bought the large (I am usually a medium). Good feedback, this was the right choice. I can fit multiple thin layers & a fleece with some room to spare, but the medium would have been too tight on the shoulders. I'm 5'8" & about 135lbs. Love that the hood fits over my ski helmet for extra wind protection.

Great jacket, but runs small!
This is a super looking shell, but beware: it runs small. If you plan to wear layers underneath, buy a size up from what you'd normally wear. I am 5'8", 136 lbs and normally wear between a 6-8. The medium didn't fit across the chest or shoulders.

Spot on X mas gift
This was a awesome gift. I was looking for a super versatile coat for my girl friend this X mas season and this was the one. The fit was spot on and the seam in the back helps keep it form fitting with flattering lines. We both really like the quality of this jacket and it's evident upon inspection. There a quite a few different materials and it really looks built to last. We checked out tons of jackets and to us, this one was the clear winner.

superlight and comfortable
this is one of my favorite for the past two years. windproof, super light and comfortable. it fits the body well too.

Venta
The jacket seemed to be well made, and was comfortable.I find Arcteryx's jackets to be the best for female fit.But it wasn't very warm and the neck was a little big, allowing wind to get stuck inside the jacket.

Theta SL Women's jacket
Fantastic jacket. Lightweight, actually IS 100% WATERPROOF and breathable. The only glitch is that the hood is 1" shorter because the pouch somehow doesn't allow the hood to BE LONGER. I SUGGEST TO THE DESIGN TEAM TO MAKE THE HOOD AS LARGE AS THE OTHER JACKETS. I DON'T THINK THIS WAS INTENTIONAL, BUT THE HOOD NEEDS TO FIT FULLY OVER A HELMET TO BE EFFECTIVE. THANKS.

Best Womens Softshell
The microfleece backer feels so soft. The helmet compatible hood is perfect for a stormy, windy ski day. Pit zips are easy to reach. All of the zippers seem really solid. Little details, like the finishing tape on the seams, are indicative of the Arc'teryx quality.

Fantastic shell jacket for skiing
I love this jacket. I am 5'6" and 115 lbs and got the size S. It fits perfectly; can still layer fleece etc. It has a lot of nice features (pit zips, adjustable hood, pockets).
