Good eatin on the trail
Like most all the Mountain House dehydrated meals, this one is a winner, and I've added it to my list of favorite MH dinners. I had this one on a recent winter backpacking trip on the AT in North Carolina, with evening/night temps diving to the single digits, this one was perfect on a cold night, it's easy to fix, and tastes great and is loaded with carbs.
