Surprisingly Good
I bought this to keep the kids happy during winter camping, thinking the entrées would be a challenge for them--they weren't. Maybe the 15 degree temps helped, but this dessert set quickly and had an incredibly rich, authentic flavor for freeze-dried food. I was skeptical but surprised when we tasted it. It admittedly was more like a thick mousse than cheesecake but that may have improved with more waiting--not something most young kids are good at when it's dessert time. A large enough portion for 2 adults and 2+ kids easily.

Great morale booster
The flavor was excellent, although the mixture didn't thicken up as much as I thought it would. Might have used a bit too much water, not sure. None the less, it was a great treat and enjoyed by all.
