- Directions for preparing one egg: Combine 3 tablespoons of egg mix with 3 tablespoons of water. Blend well. Cook over low heat in greased skillet

I used these eggs in a Dutch oven, for my Maine River Drivers Breakfast at the Maine High Adventure Base on Matagamom Lake, while guiding Boy Scout Crews on river trips. Everybody loved it.
