I recently ate this Lasagna while on a weekend backpacking trip in the San Gabriel Mountains and I must say, it was rather bland. I used the correct amount of water (540mL) and let it sit for longer than the time listed (13 minutes, I let it sit for 15) and made use my water was at a full rolling boil before mixing the two and when all was said and done it was soupy, lacked flavor, and the flavor seemed slightly off (may have been the cottage cheese flavor/product), and wasn't entirely cooked through. Altitude was only 3k feet and ambient temp was around 45 degrees f. And yes I removed the freshness packet.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of use, Cons: Low performance, not very tasty
