- INGREDIENTS: VANILLA PUDDING (SUGAR, NONFAT MILK, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, HYDROGENATED SOY AND/OR CANOLA OILS, CORN SYRUP SOLIDS, SODIUM PHOSPHATES, SODIUM CASEINATES, CALCIUM SULFATE, POTASSIUM PHOSPHATE, MONO AND DIGLYCERIDES, FD&C YELLOW #5 & #6 VANILLIN AND ETHYL VANILLIN, LECITHIN, CALCIUM PHOSPHATE), FREEZE-DRIED PEACHES, TOPPING (GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS [ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR, GRAHAM FLOUR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, LEAVENING (BAKING SODA, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), WHEY, SALT, HONEY], SUGAR).

- Directions: Add 1 cup (240mL) of cold water to filling mix. Beat briskly with two forks for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top. Let sit for 13 minutes

Easy to Fix; Satisfies Your "Sweet Tooth"

Out in the backcountry candy bars are good during the day but they don't quite cut it for dessert. For very little effort The Backpacker's Pantry Peaches and Cream Pie offers great taste and a touch of sophistication that takes a little bit of the "wild" out of your wilderness trip. This will always have a place on my menu whenever I go on extended backpacking and climbing trips.
