This product is great for backpacking. Packs light, better than carrying around actual eggs. Don't have to worry about eggs breaking. They mix well and cook great. They actually taste like scrambled eggs. I would recommend to it to anyone going on a trip and want great taste.

NEVER NEED A REFRIGERATOR. DRY FOODS TASTE LIKE THE ORIGINAL. SCRAMBLES LIKE WHOLE EGGS. Add to pancakes, baked goods and homemade breading mix. MIXES WELL WITH OTHER POWDERED EGGS.
