Better than many Chinese restaurants!
This is one of the best freeze dried meals that I have ever had. Americanized Chinese is my favorite food. And this meal is better than many sweet and sour dishes at Chinese restaurants that I have tried over the years! I always keep at least one of these ready to pack for any trip.

Easy to prepare...and quite delicious
After a long day of carrying a heavy pack up and down steep and difficult terrain it sure was nice to open this meal. The prep was very easy: two cups of hot water, stir and sit. The flavor was wonderful and the amount of food was perfect. This was my first trip where I included BP but it is now my favorite.
