Better than carrying a gallon of milk!!!

Was a little iffy about trying this since most powdered milk taste a little weird. But took a chance and packed it on a trip to Yosemite. To my surprise, taste was pretty good, and it was pretty easy to make. Would definitely buy again on the next trip.
