The smallest in Gregory’s heavy duty backpacking lineup, the Gregory Baltoro 65 Backpacking Backpack still has enough volume for a week-long trip and a high performance suspension system to carry that heavy load comfortably. When you’re hiking, your torso twists and your hips move in opposite directions. This pack has independently rotating waistbelt load transfer panels to allow for a natural, more efficient gait. Along with a lightweight aluminum stay and Elastomeric Gription Technology on the lumbar pad for optimum load transfer, the harness and waistbelt offer cushy comfort from LifeSpan EVA foam that resists compression for the life of the pack. A hydration sleeve helps you stay hydrated while on the move and handy pockets on the waistbelt keep other essentials like chapstick, camera and snacks within easy reach. This top-loading pack allows access to your gear from the top through a drawstring closure, through a front zip panel and through a zipper at the bottom. With a convenient removable lid, you’ll always have a fanny pack for daytrips from base camp.
