Awesome Trousers!!
August 05, 2012

These pants are awesome! There are very very comfortable, durable and dry quickly. The cargo pockets are a good size and the right cargo has a smaller cell phone size pocket inside. The pants breath very well. I have worn them on hot days and stayed very comfortable. They do have a slender/athletic fit so you may want to order one size up from your normal pants. I wear a size 32 jeans and a size 34 in my Bear Grylls Trousers fits just right. I am 6'1" tall and got the trousers in Regular length which is about 33' and fits me perfectly. I now have three pairs of these trousers and love them!

Great Pants
March 04, 2013

I am very happy with these pants. I am a Bear Grylls fan, so that was part of the draw, and I love the two tone design. It is fashionable, and functional too, because the areas that are black, are extra reinforced, to increase durability. They are very light, and quick drying. I have not had them for very long, so I can not speak to long-term durability, but my hunch is that they will hold up well. I use them for hiking and mountain biking on cooler days (with a bike short underneath). They are a great overall outdoor pant, and I think they would be great for any outdoor application (you would need long-underwear on cold days). As far as comfort goes, my only complaint is that the seams, where the two different color fabrics are joined, rub against my skin, causing me discomfort, but most of the time I am not aware of it. Regards sizing, I wish I had gotten the 'long', rather than the 'regular'. This is always a toss up for me, because it depends on the specific pant. Usually 'regular' is just long enough. But in this pant, they are a little short for me. If you are on the borderline, I recommend that you go for the long. Overall, I think these are great pants, and I plan to get another similar pair (different color, and full synthetic v. cotton/synthetic blend).

June 20, 2012

The pants do the work, dry fast, pretty sturdy, comfortable, yes, I am say VERY comfortable, not only because the fabric is soft, but also they fit very well when I am doing active work. Stitches are not so straight, but it doesn't bother me.

Pros: Great design, Performance, Ease of use
Comfort: 4 / 5
Durability: 4 / 5

Bear Grylls britches

They're tough, strong and light. Good, hard-wearing work or adventure pants that fit well. They're usually overpriced for what you get, but in the $40-$50 range, they're a good deal.
