Great Helmet
Helmet was great. I usually wear a 7 and 3/8 fitted hat but had to go with the XXL. The XL was perfect without the winter padding but too tight with the padding. Can't wait to try this on the slopes

The versatility of the helmet is the primary reason why I purchased this helmet. I can wear it during the winter, either on my daily commute or while skiing. The removable liner adds dynamic flexibility for warm weather. So far, I'm looking forward to using it throughout the year!

Watts Helmet - Good To Go
This is my 3rd Watts Helmet. That should tell you how much I like this product. I have purchased 2 for myself and 1 for my son. They fit true to form and are very comfortable. Though this is not the most technically advanced helmet design on the market, they last forever and for the price point, you can't go wrong.

I Love this helmet! It is low profile, fits well with a variety of goggles. The replaceable goggle clip on the back is a plus. The ventilation and insulating cap work together pretty well to keep things cool when you're moving, and keep your head warm when you're freezing.

Comfortable
Don't want to give it 5 stars. Mostly because I haven't had a chance to wear it while riding yet. But the fit is nice and comfortable. Not as low profile as I imagined, but perhaps it's because my head is bigger than I think. I bought a medium, and usually wear fitted caps at 7 1/8.

Berns Watts is a Must-Buy
Helmets are all about function and how well they protect and secure what's inside, right? Of course they are, but the Berns Watts is also about form in a BIG way!
I ordered mine last week intent on wearing it for snowboarding this Winter. Impatiently, i decided to take it out for an off-road spin mountain biking. I barely knew it was on my head, while it wicked away all sweat.
I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good-looking helmet that also delivers on protection!

Great Helmet
Love this helmet. Nice and comfortable, I'm actually using it for wakeboarding and snowboarding. The padding is a bit thicker since I got the snowboarding version, but it's still good for wakeboarding, just holds a bit more water. Comfortable, looks good and fits even better. Dirt cheap compared to in stores too.

I recommend this!
I've used a Bern for the past few seasons and really appreciate the low profile styling and fit. It's a helmet that for me never is "perfect" out of the box but ends up fitting really well, especially as I get a few days of riding in with it. Anyway I recommend this!

really cool !
bern watts helmet is relly good stuff.
Just picked up the Watts hardhat in matte black gray white.
It looks great. One of the most low-profile protective lids I've found. My Anon hawkeye goggles seem to fit well with the helmet
A drawback for some could be that it's not technically a "helmet", i.e. it doesn't meet the testing standards necessary to certify it as a high-impact protective helmet. For me, I currently ride with no head protection, so even this "hardhat" is 1000% better than my current situation. I'm also not chucking myself off of huge jumps though, so the worst I expect is a little tumble down the hill or off a flat-down box.
I would have liked to see some adjustability built in but there is none. You just have to pick the closest size for your head and live with it possibly being a little too loose or a little too snug. Competitors' helmets go for less cash and have more adjustment capability.

Size choices
I was at the top of the medium size chart and the bottom of the large, right on the line. Opted for the large to be safe, as I sometimes wear a fleece hat under my helmet. Good move in this case, but if you are on the line and don't normally wear anything under, I'd go with the smaller size. I since had the opportunity to try a medium on and found it comfortably snug. Otherwise, way to go Bern - great styling.

Bern Watts Hardhat
This is my second snowboarding helmet purchase. My first was a classic Giro. The Bern is way better! Looks great and feels great. The helmet is very warm too. I purchased the audio upgrade and it sounds great too. You have no controls with the supplied cable however. I will continue to ride with this helmet and enjoy every minute of it!!

Great purchase
I bought this helmut for my son who is 12. He loves it, says it's really comfortable and warm. The large fits great with a little room to grow into. The blue color is really sharp, too.

Great "Helmet"
Looks great, really comfortable, and the visor is a nice plus. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Good price too.
Although I've only used it once it seems likes it's of high quality. My only problem is that it does not meet the safety standards, but the Brock foam inside of it is supposed to be good for multiple low impacts, which is actually perfect because I'm not planning to do any crazy things, at least not yet.
Again, great value and looks great on the mountain.

Great Helmet
I tried a large RED helmet on and it seemed to fit pretty good but not true to fit. I tried this one on and it fit perfectly. Nice and snug but not tight. Good looking helment too. I like the visor and I receive many compliments. I look forward to using this helmet in the future. Great price on the helmet too, I love Altrec!

Stylish, fit well
The helmet is fresh, fits true to size (I got the Medium, and typically wear medium such as a bike helmet), really comfortable! I may be biased, but the 'cap' style sets it apart from other helmets. It felt fairly light also which is great.
