Most Comfortable Sleep Ever
April 16, 2011
I really loved this sleeping pad because of the comfort it provided during a 2 1/2 month camping trip and never getting any punctures. Inflating it took about 3 minutes and was definitely worth the extra time, no matter what surface our tent was on- rocks, grass, holes- I couldn't feel any of it. I was really careful about keeping it in the tent so I wouldn't get any holes and the one time I slept out of the tent I made sure to put something in between the pad and the ground. The pad provided good insulation from the ground, we camped in below freezing temperatures and I was not cold from the ground.Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value
money well spent

Comfortable to sleep on, compared to my old 1" pad. Lighter weight, rolls up small and compact, ample width and fits perfectly into the Big Agnes sleeping bag. Now I won't be rolling off my pad at night!
Best Purchase ever

This sleeping pad is great, warm and comfy. It packs down super small ( a little smaller than a nalgene). My only complaint is that it takes a while (3-4 minutes) to inflate it, but its worth it when backpacking.Pros: Build quality, Great value

Great Light Pad
August 19, 2009
This pad packs up very small and is light yet it provides 2.5" of pad. My friends had thermarests and were jealous when they saw how light and small it was. The pad stayed warm and there ended up being frost on the outside of the tent. Blowing it up just takes about 5-10 minutes and is not too difficult
Light and small

I was leery of the Big Agnes sleep system at first, What no insolation on the bottem of the bag! I decided to make the change after talking to people that had used it. Im 6 ft. 200 lbs. and I have had low back surgery and the cradling effect of 2.5 inches of air was just the ticket. I went with the long version of bag and pad and I sleep good. When the pad is all deflated and in its included stuff sack it is smaller then the old pads but still fits in to the straps on the back of my pack for holding pads. This is a good system, some times new stuff does work better. This pad is of good quality and well made but I would always have something under it like a tent floor or tarp.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Ease of use, Great value

Perfect Fit and Easy to Inflate
February 26, 2010
Works great together with my Big Agnes sleeping bag. Just about 20 puffs and it's fully inflated. I like it better than waiting for my self-inflating pad and the packed size is sweet!

Just what we needed

Wanted more comfort without lots of bulk. These pack down small and the weight vs comfort is a win win. Went for the rectangular for more comfort....
Very Nice Mat

This is a very nice sleeping pad. Its super compact and very comfy. Combined with a BA bag, this thing is great. It takes quite a bit of air to fill this baby, but once you do you wont regret it. You do have to watch out for pine needles, not the most resistant outer material.Pros: Great design
The Big Agnes System
May 15, 2011
Just as the Big Agnes air core sleeping pad fits the innovative company's Lost Ranger sleeping bag, the bag and pad fit the Big Agnes Seedhouse SL1 single person tent. It took me a couple of years to get this system together, but it was worth the wait. I bought the tent first and it's fine, with excellent customer support, from Steamboat Springs (CO), but my old bag and the rigid foam pad did not conform. The pad kept slipping sideways during the night, and I would find myself waking on the cold, hard tent floor. No slippage problem now: the full-length pad slips into the envelope of the bag, making unit that does not slip-slide around. This is in addition to the bright Big Agnes innovation of making the air-filled pad the bottom of the bag. It's warmer and lighter.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Cons: 20 breaths to inflate
