Great Shovel, Great Price, Quick Deploy, Recommend.
I used this shovel for 2 days in Northern Vermont while snowshoeing. Had to dig out a patch of snow to up the tent, about 3' deep. The shovel worked great, felt great, deployed great, very versatile, the blade size was perfect. Only 1 recommendation, The end of the shaft that fits into the shovel is a straight cut. I would of liked a rounded cut or a rubberized cap. It has not happened, but this would help to not rip the stretch pockets on my pack. Careful packing will prevent this though. I highly recommend.
