Very comfortable socks
Bought some of those cause people say Bridgedale is a little bit more durable than smarwool. However... I cannot see this. It's very comfortable, almost as comfortable as Smartwool phD, never slip in the shoes, and feel the cushion under my feet. But they have same problem with Smartwool, one hour walking ( I was wearing very comfortable Clarks shoes), the back of ankle got pilling and fuzzy already. Maybe socks made of wool all got the same issue?
All in all, they're almost as comfortable as Smartwool, but the durability is a question.

Great Socks
Bridgedale always make the best socks, great fit, very comfortable and great for adventure racing.
I recommend anyone interested in outdoor sports to wear these socks.

Best Hot Weather Socks I've Tried
I use the Endurance Trail Light under steel-toe flight boots in the 90+ degree F weather in Afghanistan. The mid-calf cut extends just above the boot top. The heal and toe padding are just right and the material blend is perfect for the higher temps. I'm picky about my socks. I have a higher wool content sock with more padding in the heal causing a pre-blister hot spots on my heal. I put the trail light on with no heal area skin prep and it wore like a dream all day (14 hours). Durability is unknown. Only had the socks for a few months.

Ideal for training
These socks are ideal for those that are training or need moisture resistance. They are lightweight and do not rub even in constrained footwear such as boots.

Comfortable!
Tried these to see if they'd work with a less-than-perfect pair of boots and they were great. I never thought I'd notice a comfort difference just by wearing different socks.

Great Socks!
I've owned these socks for over 3 months, and wear them at least once a week. They show no signs of wear and are very comfortable. I wear them for everyday and for hiking in hiking shoes. I find the 3/4 height to be more comfortable than taller socks.

Good intermediate height
Socks work well with both 8" boots or ankle-high hiking boots. Feel great with the right support at all the right points.

Every day and on the trail
I like this sock because it's a bit plainer than some other Bridgedales so I can get away with wearing it for work with khakis or blue jeans. I wear them all the time and my feet are comfortable.

Great on the feet!
Best socks I've been able to find and I've tried a few. In fact, I'm so pleased with Bridgedale Socks that I've bought some more in other styles from the company!!

Great sock
I love these socks. Work great with 8" boots. Do not drop down. Fit so well I can actually feel my feet within my boots instead of just hoping that my socks don't betray me. Anytime I have extra clothes money, I buy another pair. Bridgedale are well worth it.

great socks apparently
medium is slightly small. I usually buy size 9 1/2 to 11. small, medium or large was not translatable to me.
