Designed by some of the world's best snowboarders, the Burton Fish Snowboard is snappy and light because it's designed to get you through the tightest backcountry terrain without breaking down your legs. This directional shaped board is worthy of your collection; combining maximum taper, S-Rocker™ and a swallowtail, it is the best option for super deep powder days or zipping through tight trees. The Nug Raduction allows you to drop down 10 cm from your regular size because it's light and easy to throw around while still able to maintain its ability to float and stay stable at high speeds.

  • Feel Rating (on a scale of 1-10, 1 being softer and 10 being responsive): 5
  • The Channel: offers the quickest, easiest way to mount your bindings with the most stance options possible
  • Nug Raduction: optimizes every element—from waist width and flex profile to sidecut and running length, letting you downsize up to 10cm from your normal board length
  • S-Rocker: Speed and float
  • Directional shape: The classic, most versatile snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow, and control to rip any terrain or condition.
  • Taper: A tapered shape means the nose is wider than the tail, promoting smooth turn entry and exit, stability at speed, and enhanced deep snow flotation. Look for different amounts of taper throughout the line.
  • Directional flex: This versatile flex features increased pop in the tail and a more resilient nose that allows riders to easily maintain control and flow through all terrain and conditions.
  • Super Fly II™ core: Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight
  • Dualzone™ EGD™: Consistent edge-hold and added strength
  • Triax™ fiberglass: Versatile flex and response for everything from mini to mega shred
  • Carbon I-beam™: This ultra-light carbon backbone increases pop and longitudinal snap
  • Sintered WFO: Infusing a specially formulated wax deep into the pores of this extra-absorbent, high-density sintered material results in an ultra-durable base
  • Slimrail Sidewalls: This streamlined, ultra-minimized sidewall design, found on the Vapor™ and Fish™ shaves weight without sacrificing edge-hold, strength, or rideability.
  • Swallow tail: Besides helping the nose stay afloat, the Swallow Tail board shape lets you punch the tail through a turn without bogging down, allowing you to easily maintain speed for your next slash.
  • Ellip Nose Kick: This elliptical tip shape promotes pop while providing added float and clearance when riding pow and variable conditions.
  • Pro-tip™: A tapered tip and tail thickness reduces swing weight for easier mobility
  • Infinite ride™: Maximize pop and strength by overbuilding the board, then putting it in a machine that breaks in the board for you

Fish On!
November 20, 2012

When it is deep this board kills it! The Fish has the nice big nose that floats so well in the deeps and it has that little rad tail that makes it turn sooo fast in tight spots! Its got a little camber under your foot so its stable on groomers too! Fish On!!!!

Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance
