While other snowboard binding designers use the "smaller is better" approach, the Burton Freestyle Jr. Binding focuses on the fine details, offering plenty of adjustments and padding to adapt to a range of riding styles, shoe sizes and boot configurations. The XS (extra small) Freestyle Jr. Binding has a simplified, pre-curved, triple-axis telescoping Onestrap while the Youth size features a pre-curved, triple-axis telescoping Luxstrap™ and toe-strap. Burton rates their Freestyle Jr. Bindings with just a little less response than their kid's Custom Grom snowboard binding, giving the Freestyle Jr. a slight advantage in the forgiveness factor--an easy quality any beginner will appreciate.
