Can safely get one size lower than what you normally wear.

Okay, I know this is supposed to run kinda baggy, but I felt like a little kid wearing his Dad's jacket. I'm 5' 11", 157 pounds, with about a 41" chest. I went down to a Medium, and the only place it sort of fit was in the chest. The arms were
especially bad. It was too bad, because otherwise it seemed pretty swell--nice and toasty, plenty of pockets, and no Michelin Man puffiness.
I was very happy with Alrec's customer service.
