4.7 out of 5

A bit on the baggier side, but this will help for layering. The button on the fly seems to be on the cheaper side, but haven't had any trouble with it so far.

Got these in two colors. Sick fit... All the features. Love em.
Love the pants
March 27, 2008
These snowboard pants are really cool. My son loves them.
ripped on my first time out
January 12, 2010
split right on my knee with i took a little spill on my first time out this season. The material is too thin and should be "2 ply" in the knees and rear end if you ask me. Too much money wasted on a pant that is already ruined.
Not good for Skiing
January 27, 2012
Didn't realize that these pants had cuff zips on the inside of the legs from the pictures or descriptions. Makes them very specific for snowboarding in my opinion. If used skiing the zip and fabric will just scuff and wear.
All-around great snowboard pants
January 31, 2010
I'm really happy with these pants. You see, I'm sort of between sizes small and medium. I first tried the Ronin Gore Pants in medium and found them to be way too huge on me. Too baggy and they were a full 3 inches longer than the Cargo Pant in medium (I'm not so tall)! So I kept these. True they aren't as high end, but they're warm and still keep you plenty dry. As with all things Burton, the quality just shows. I love the trench green color and they are comfy. No question, buy 'em.

I really like these pants, they feel great. They are a little snug in the waist, but that's not the pants fault (gut). I haven't used them yet, but I really like the fit and feel. Looking forward to using them this year.Pros: Great design, Great value
January 25, 2010
These pants are sick, Burton puts in the work...bunch of pockets, super style and wicked comfortable, get them for sure, you won't be disappointed.
April 09, 2008
I bought these for my husband, he loves them. We got the Grey Denim, highly waterproof, not too warm, plenty of room for layers underneath. A great, versatile pant, with plenty of up-to-date features.

I am very pleased with the quality, inventory and discounted prices offered by Altrec. I will be referring others to your website.

January 10, 2011
I bought these for my boyfriend as Christmas present. Originally, we looked at getting the Tall version of the pant for him since he is 6'4" and wears size 33 - 34 jeans. However, he HAD to have the blotto gray so we went with the regular size. They fit GREAT! The Tall would have been nice, but he would have been stepping on them. They are true to the sizing chart. The waist has an elastic band that has velcro on each end that is used to adjust the waist line. It works similar to rental tuxedo pants. He was able to adjust them to fit just right. I am glad he was picky about the gray.. they look great! They seem well put together and since they are Burton, I am sure they will last. We have been boarding several times already and he says they are waterproof. He does spend a LOT of time on his rear, so he would know.. haha. Anyway, I would DEFINITELY recommend them.

I wear a size 32-33 pant and purchased the medium size. Overall they fit good and are very durable. I love all the cargo pockets and the fit isn't too baggy or too tight. There is no insulation in these so make sure you layer underneath on cold days. Very breathable and plenty waterproof. Great purchase and for the price you can't beat them.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Great value
Burton Cargo Pant
March 06, 2013

Best Pant on the Market
January 04, 2010
Used these pants over the weekend in blizzard conditions. The pants kept me warm and dry. Also the zip inside the pants the attached it to the Burton coats assure you don't get any snow inside.

These pants are great and stylish. Be aware that thy are indeed "baggy" - a but too much so for my taste, but still above average in total!
Mens Cargo Pants
December 10, 2011
Very nice quality pants. They fit very well and arent baggy. Also the pants have a great design. If i could change one thing it would be the amount of pockets or the Red fabric inside. Other then that its awesome and i reccomend it to you.Pros: Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value
solid snowboard pants
June 01, 2013
i was looking for quality snowboard pants and found them. wore them in the spring so can't say how warm they'll be in dead of winter but they wick water away and i'm stoked on them. i'm 6'4" & 185lbs and like them baggy to move for tricks. the XL fit perfect with room to spare.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great value

January 24, 2010
First trip out and were great. fits true to size. Side vents are great in warmer weather. Side zip on side is great unzip and fits over boot and still get that baggy fit
July 03, 2008
Warm and cozy and super-stylin - looking forward to many years of good use.
June 27, 2011
pants fit slightly large, which shouldn't be a problem for most boarders. the mesh lining is not for warmth, so you will need a baselayer on cold days. I got the white ones. they are really white.Pros: Great value
March 24, 2008
These pants were a great value. Slick styling and a comfortable fit that allowed for optimal, unrestricted movement. The pockets were great for storing multiple necessities and the pants worked great connecting to my Burton jacket. Most importantly they kept me warm and dry. My only complaint is that the white lettering of the back logo rubbed off, but overall these seem pretty durable. Overall a great value.
May 16, 2011
I've do love this pants. Easy to adjust, full of pockets. Really comfortable to ride and coll design. They could be re forced in the back and knees, but they are good enough to last.
April 05, 2008
I was fully impressed with these pants. The fit was great. They protected me from the cold and anytime I wiped out on the slopes. The leg vents are also a great feature, they really do cool you off in a hurry.
December 21, 2011
I am 5'10" and 31" and chose medium. Its size is perfectly fit and I found the size chart was very useful. I haven't worn it for snowboarding but will do so in next week and it looks its quality is excellent and very durable.Pros: Build quality, Great value
December 12, 2010
these pants fit true to size and are very comfortable. I have not worn these out yet but look forward to it this coming week. because of this i cant comment on waterproof or warmness.
October 07, 2009
Bought these from Altrec a couple weeks ago and they are great. Fit perfectly without being overly baggy or snug. Can't wait to hit the Basin with them this weekend.
March 06, 2008
More pockets than you will ever need and they are placed in the perfect position for you to get something out while on the lift! Warm and cozy. You can't beat the price!!!
October 07, 2011
Nice fit! I am 6'0" and weigh 160 so I got the black large. This is "sig fit" for loose-fitting which is the look I want. There are plenty of pockets for my phone, ipod, and wallet. Great quality in terms of material, water resistant, and wind resistant. Above all, altrec has these pants for the cheapest. Nothing bad about these pants whatsoever!Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: none
February 10, 2008
Great pants, keep me warm, dry, and look fly on the slopes

Buying for teenage son who is very particular. As always Burton provided a quality piece and the service team at Altrec is always helpful in pointing a clueless mom is the right direction!
June 13, 2008
Super good pants. They have lots of pockets and they're just perfect for snowboarding. Burton is the best!!!
Great fit and style
April 11, 2009
Simple basic cargo pants that do the job. The sig fit is perfect. Not to baggy and yet loose and comfortable. Keep me warm and dry on most conditions.
did I get fat?
January 31, 2013
I had a 4 year old pair of Burton Cargos that had been nicely broken in and fit perfectly with no layers or a ton of layers. They got stolen so I had to rush out and get a new pair or ruin a planned trip to tahoe. Got the same size as before, Medium, I wear a 34 in almost everything and these things have certainly been snugged up. Super tight in the waist and hips than before. There will be no way to wear a heavy base layer with these and strapping in is difficult now. Tight jeans are for girls and have no place in Snowboarding. Now I have worn them twice and cant return them......bummer.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Great value, Cons: bad fit too skinny
Colorful on the slopes
March 31, 2009
Awesome pair of pants for outdoor winter activity. This is my 2nd pair. I got the light camo for some color on the slopes. I'm 5'11", 185 lbs. and the Large fit perfectly. Got a great deal on them also. Thanks Altrec!
December 13, 2007
I bought these at K5, the retail was 149.99 and it was 20% off of that price.
January 06, 2010
Adjustable waist make these pants fit perfectly. The white plaid looks great and the pants have kept me comfortable and dry throughout repeated runs.
December 05, 2010
The pants are a good bargain. They are water proof, and breath well. I would recommend these pants to a friend.
Kinda big and short
March 21, 2011
I bought these pants and liked the style and look. I tried on another pair of mediums in the restricted pants which fit well. I put these on and they are big in the waist. I would need a small in these. Also I am 6'1" and they are short. Just barely reach my boots and do not bunch up at all. I had to send them back because of the sizing.
January 25, 2010
These pants are sick, Burton puts in the work...bunch of pockets, super styley and wicked comfortable, get them for sure, you won't be disappointed.
December 18, 2009
