Burton Midweight Shant - Men's

Great for ski and snowboarding boots.

The shants wick well, keep you warm, are comfortable, and most important are the ideal height for ski and snowboard boots. My only (very minor) gripe is that the material doesn't provide any compression and can be a little bit baggy after skiing backcountry for 8+ hours.

For year's I'd been buying first layer pants and cutting them to 3/4 pants to create my own "shant's". Burton apparently felt a disturbance in the force and decided to create the Shant. I've rode in a storms and sunny day's and these are great, kept me warm but never hot! I'm 6'1'' and 185 lbs I ordered a large and like another reviewer I found these to be loose fitting not baggy but just expected them to be a bit tighter. The fit was still great and I found that I was able to wear my compression shorts as well. I would highly recommend these especially if you don't like tucking your pants into your boots/socks.

The shants are awesome. The height is ideal for your favorite snow riding activity. They wick well and are very warm. Burton makes some excellent products and these can be included in that group.
