Description

There's a reason that the men's Burton Moto Snowboard Boots are the world's best selling snowboard boots for 11 years running. These boots offer ample freedom of movement while still retaining response and power. Hassle-free Speed Zone™ lacing lets you spend more time shredding and less time tying your boots. Total Comfort construction gives you a broken-in feel right out of the box, so you don't have to waste a day at the mountain getting used to your boots. Shrinkage footprint reduction technology reduces the boot's overall footprint one size, for a shorter, sleeker, lighter print so you won't suffer from toe drag. Strategically placed Grip Fit ribs on both the boot and the binding match up for locked-in fit and response. All Burton boot tongues feature an internal gusset construction to completely seal the lower zone of the boot, keeping feet warm and dry. Burton's dual-component outsole combines the best in grip, durability and cushioning by wrapping a full rubber cup outsole around an internal bed of durable, lightweight and supportive EVA shock-absorbing cushioning. Rubber ice spikes dig into icy surfaces so you won't slip.

Good boots, great price
January 17, 2011

These are good entry level boots, warm, true to size. I like the speed lacing system, but I wish they had dual zone adjustability like the higher end Burton boots. "you get what you pay for" rings true. Good boots for the money.

BEST BOOT DEAL!
November 19, 2012

Burton's Speed Zone lacing is BY FAR the best alternative lacing system! It's so easy and it's gotten so much better over the last couple years. I heard about all the Boots having the new Total Comfort and it wasn't a lie, these things are a steal! Great Price, check. Great Comfort, check. Great Season, check!!

Super Comfortable
February 13, 2011

This boot is a great value, and super comfortable. They are a great boot overall. I would say perfect for anyone in the beginner to intermediate snowboarder. Insane price to quality ratio.

Extremely comfortable with great features!
November 27, 2006

I was sold the moment my foot slipped in and I stood up and walked around in the store. The reason I bought them online is because my local store did not carry the white style for my wife. This boot is so comfortable and warm with just the right amount of stiffness and support without digging into the back of your upper calf. The EVA foot bed feels like having a soft pillow wrapped around your foot with the perfect amount of wiggle room for your toes. If your feet could talk they would say Aaaaaaah, now thats comfy! The Speed Zone tie system is super efficient. The boot laces are separated into lower and upper boot sectors which are tighten by the left and right pull handles, which are labeled! You simply pull up, back, and into the lace lock then holsters the pull handles snuggly in the pouches on both sides of the boot. Tightening your boot takes two seconds. My friend owns these boots from last year and he really yanks on his laces and they havent snapped yet. I highly recommend this boot.

Great Boots!
November 04, 2006

These are great boots, if you dont think you can step up the freestyle boots. As you know with burton you get alot of bang for your buck and you are sure to never have a faulty product. Get these for all-mountain snowboarding.

great value

This is a good boot at a VERY economical price. It also has Burton's 1 year warranty which is another selling point.

Great boot, great deal
January 12, 2012

Got these closeout models on sale. Color scheme (turquoise and dark brown) isn't great, but for the price, they're still the classic Burton Moto and I'm totally satisfied.

No complaints
November 28, 2010

The sizing fits a bit small. I ordered my usual shoe size but they fit a bit tight. Other than that, they are warm, have lots of support, and look good. Can't beat the price either.

Pros: Build quality, Ease of use

Great Boots !
January 22, 2008

A+ on these Burton, the Top/Lower Zones (Laces) are GREAT! No More laces to tie, you pull on one string for the lower and one for the upper, and your done, forget about pulling the laces tight and then trying to tie a knot in .0005seconds before they go loose on you, + they're comfy and warm ++You can leave the bottoms looser if you want++Which I do

I recently purchased these snowboarding boots for my son and he loves them! He wore them snowboarding a few nights ago and he said they worked awesome. The fit was the same as his regular shoe size and were very easy to get on and off his foot.

very convenient to lace up, still breaking them in but they are certainly more comfortable then some other brands.

Moto snowboard boots
January 04, 2012

I snowboard in temps from -15 to 25 F. These boots are really warm and well made. I wear a thin sock and have not had cold feet at all. They were a little tight on the first two ski days, but after you have worn them a few times they feel great.

Pros: Build quality, Ease of use, Great value

A good boot
March 25, 2013

The boot is exactly as it's described, very comfortable, flexible, great easy tightening system. I found they ran small. My last 3 shoes purchased were 9.5's, bought these in a 10 and they're too small. My foot is slightly flat and just a bit wide. The boots were tight on the width as well.

Pros: Build quality, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: runs small

We received great service and delivery from Altrec. Thank you! We have not tried out the boots yet however they look like winners. Can't wait to get them out in the snow. Thanks Altrec!

good for the money.
January 31, 2007

love these boots. personally, i like to leave the bottom zone looser and the upper zone tighter, and that's not possible with the traditional lace ups. my feet have never been cold in this boot... even when a water got inside on a super-wet day.

Excellent Boot, Excellent Delivery
January 10, 2008

The Burton Moto is one of the best investments I ever made. At first, I was worried about the size since my last boots (32 brand) were not true to size and were small despite purchasing 1/2 size larger than usual. However, this boot fits perfectly without having to adjust shoe size. In addition, it is VERY comfortable and easy to lace up. The Speed Zone system is something that should go down in Snowboard gear history as one of the best inventions ever! Finally, Altrec.com's delivery was fast and on time.I will be sure to order from them again.

Great value boot
March 23, 2011

Extremely comfortable boot. I wear my boots tighter than most so it was a little stiff to begin. Not a problem after breaking them in over first couple of runs. Speed lacing mechanism works great, never have to deal with difficult knots. Provides ample warmth without need for super thick socks. Still no blisters after a couple of uses. As an intermediate level boarder, great value for the price.

Pros: Ease of use, Great value

Broke within 4 weeks!!
February 11, 2007

The fast lace crap sucks, the laces broke within 4 weeks!! Also, you can NOT adjust the tightness of the boots with fine control. They always felt way too loose or way to tight. Stick to old school laces!! Otherwise, kept feet warm, comfortable, but can't recommend for above reasons.

Excited for another Winter!
December 23, 2009

I bought these boots last year. Loved them the few times I got to use them. Excited about this winter.
