Okay, this jacket is sickkkkkk. AND - it looks amazing, and hot. So many jackets these days are f'ing ugly with all the extra fabric everywhere and pointless ugly buttons. NOT THIS ONE!! it's beautiful. I've been looking for months for a jacket and finally settled with this one. And the satin lining is comfortable and pretty. THERE IS AN INSIDE POCKET! Don't listen to those fools, they just couldn't find it! it's velcro and you can actually see it in the pic. Burton does that sweet hidden inside pocket. The tall collar and flap help with wind protection for your face! I got the royal pain - awesome color, very pretty with blue eyes =) Sweet jacket overall. Hope it lasts me for years and years

Good jacket, True to size
February 22, 2011
I'm 5'4" and 100lbs. I usually wear a small but I ordered an x-small because other Burton jackets I have ordered were a little large. Unfortunately for my this jacket fit exactly like an XS. This is a great jacket and I would recommend it to anyone.
I really wanted to like this jacket...but
December 08, 2012
However, I think this would be a great jacket if it was made with a different fit. This jacket was huge in the shoulders and very very long through the arms and I have larger shoulders and a average arm length. So, if you have small shoulders this really might not work for you. It fits kinda like a mans jacket on. I just wish it was designed with a better fit in mind for women. Had to send this one back. But, no problems their as Altrec is great with returns and customer service. Just was not the right fit for me.
Pros: Build quality, Great value, Cons: Bad designAmazing!

This jacket is AMAZING! It's sooo cute and fits great. It doesn't fit too snug but its not too loose. I'm 5'4 and I weigh 110 lbs, I got the xs and its perfect! This jacket is great for all kinds of weather and you will look great in it! The only negative I have about this jacket is that the sleeves are a little long. You won't regret buying this jacket. :)

Disappointing
October 13, 2011
I love Burton but was disappointed with the new 2011 style of this jacket. The stripes on the light blue are much less subdued as shown in the picture. While the XS fit well, the puffy pockets gave the jacket a bulky appearance while the extremely large buttons almost seem out of place. Almost seems like the style should have been made for a 10 year old.
Cons: buttons are too large, bulky pocketsAlready own the Burton Delirium Snowboard Jacket? Tell us your thoughts.

Great Jacket! I have worn it through rainstorms, snow and on warm days. This coat is amazing! I love Burton Snowboarding jackets they always look and fit great. The Sig Fit is awesome, not too loose or too tight. The warmth is unbelieveable and it is so comfortable. Looks great in the city or on the slopes.
gold digga!
February 21, 2011
First off, the gold digger color is a little brighter than the picture shows, but I think I like it more! Its slightly baggy in the arms but that is key for flexibility on the slopes. I'm 5'7, 130lbs and I got the small, which fits great. The elbows are reinforced and the length is perfect (can you tell I fall a lot?) I love the high neck too! I've only had the chance to wear this in slightly warmer temperatures (30-35F) but it wore really well.
excellent jacket, style and comfort

i got this jacket for my birthday, dec 5th, last year. i've skied with it in Montana, Vermont, and Alaska:excellent jacket! It keeps you extremely warm and the button up at the neck blocks out wind from your face. Goggles and hat fit nicely within the hood. I love this jacket because I can confidently wear it skiing in the mountains, but it's a great street jacket, just wearing around campus or walk to the grocerie store. Only tiny little not really complaint i have are the pit zips; a little stiff in the armpits. But with enough wear i think they'll loosen up a bit :) great jacket! got mine in Medium, True Black
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Cons: none!Beautiful Yellow Color

I tried on most of the Burton coats in the Burton store. This coat was unavailable in store, but compared to the others, it is slim but has some space for extra layers. This jacket is really warm/insulated!! I like that when it is zipped up, the neck area accommodates a neck warmer and the neck layers of under jackets, the delirium stays tight, but not restrictive like a neck brace. I bought a size SMALL, I am 5'9" , 130 lbs, slim build The chest was a very tight part in my jacket, and i only have a 34B. It was tight, but not a deal breaker. I was able to snowboard and move freely without restrictions, I hardly noticed when I was moving. There were plenty of pockets! I think the people who wrote there were no pockets, they were looking for things wrong. The front hand pockets are soft & lined and perfect angle for hanging your hands in

I really liked the coat, it is a good, warm and comfortable coat. The only downside of ordering online is that you can't fit it so I wasn't sure which size to get, but the size was about right. The color looked a little different than it did online but it was still a nice color.
great purchase

It is warm and waterproof though it is a little thinner than my expectation. I just wore once and I don't know its performance in heavy rains or storms yet. I hope it can resist the sandy storm tomorrow!!!BTW, I like the raisin color!!!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: thinI love this!

This is my favorite jacket! I wear it even when its already spring just because I know I'll miss wearing this once its start to warm up really soon. Awesome for snowboarding!
Pros: Great design, PerformanceJanuary 31, 2011
I was looking for a jacket that was warm, but also allowed me to move for snowboarding purposes and this jacket fulfilled both aspects. I was expecting the jacket to be more of a 'shell' than a insulated, warm jacket, but I was pleasantly surprised as to how warm it is

Not Enough Pockets
December 31, 2010
There is no outside chest pocket, no inside pockets at all except one tiny one that looks like it's for an ID (on the inside of the chest area). There are two outside zip pockets, but that's not nearly enough cargo room in my opinion. It's a shame because it seems really warm and wind/waterproof. I'm returning it.
Love this jacket!

Just got back from a weekend snowboarding in freezing conditions on the east coast. I stayed nice and toasty without wearing a heavy fleece underneath and just a couple of layers of base layers. Probably wouldn't wear it during the spring season because it'd probably be too hot. I love the styling of this jacket, but I probably wouldn't wear it out in nyc since it does still look like a snowboarding jacket. Got a size small (5'5 and 125 pounds) and it fits just right, with plenty of room for a heavier fleece for layering. Feature wise, the pockets weren't an issue for me and the hood fit over my helmet perfectly. Overall, no complaints!
worth it for the price
August 30, 2012
ordered the heathers jacket in M. im tall but very thin, and ordered the medium cuz people suggested it ran small. for me it seems to be big. the jacket isn't a nylon material, more of a twill type material. it has lots of pocket, so thats great, and zippers to unzip under the arms in order to give you some venting in the event you are hot. i definitely wish it had more of a girlie cut to it . . .it almost looks like it could be a guys jacket. my husband isn't fond of it for that reason, but for the price, i think its worth it and will be keeping it.
Pros: lots of pockets, venting zippers, Cons: not a girlie fit to it.Sweet!

Got this one for my girl. She's not into the board culture and she was hesitant at first, but she totally changed her mind the first time she wore it when the snow storm came - she loves it now! Thanks Altrec, sweet!

I really like the look of this jacket - very pretty colour (Royal Pain Gingham) I have worn it on a sunny day, a rainy day and a snowy day in Australia. On the sunny day, I unzipped the pits and it was comfortable all day. On the day it rained, it held up keeping me dry all day. I only got wet at the end of the sleeves (as there is no thumb hole thingy so my sleeves would ride up sometimes when I fell). On the snowy day it kept me toasty and warm. It has a nice high chin section to keep out the rain and snow. It doesn't have many internal pockets though (none with zips). There is just one for your ID, a large one with a velcro closure and a slot where you would put your lift pass (a clear pocket that you can pull out). On the outside there are only two external pockets with zips. It has a powder skirt and the jacket can also be attached to your pants. I didn't have compatible pants so I don't know how effective it is. Overall, a great jacket which I love.
