It works very well
I use it when I go on long bike rides and keeps the water cold, so that I can go even longer.

This is a great pack!
I love this pack. The bite nozel makes getting hydrated quick and easy and the large reservoir opening is easy to clean and large enough to put ice cubes in for cold water during your entire ride. I would recommend this pack. It's light weight, and unobstructive.
