Designed as a lightweight and stable alternative to floppy running fanny packs, the CamelBak® FlashFlo™ is a reliable solution for trail runners and fast day hikers who can't afford to go thirsty. With a 45-oz. (1.4-liter) capacity, the CamelBak® FlashFlo™ rivals the hydration potential of most water bottle fanny packs without the threat of catapulting sloshing bottles on rugged or twisting terrain. The wide mouth Omega™ reservoir opening is accessible from outside the pack, making it easy to refill without removing the hydration pouch from the pack. There's also a secure pocket sized right for your MP3 or CD player and a pair of compact headphones. An additional smaller external zippered pocket stores your SUV keys, hotel card, energy bars and other small essentials.

I purchased the Flashflo for longer runs and it worked out great. It doesn't flop around and it holds plenty of liquid without worrying about running out. Great Design.

I purchased the FlashFlo because I was tired of carrying water bottles on hikes or walks (up to 5 miles or so.) My camelbak backback is too much trouble and weight for short ventures. I am extremely happy with this item, took it on a short hike to do some rock climbing and I had enough water to last me without the inconvenience of carrying bottles along. Great product and quick ship!

Love it...it is light enough that I don't mind having it around my waist. Holds just enough water to hydrate me..and my cassett player fit in there just nicely...

I bought this to try and beat the heat on my long runs (13-18 miles) and find it is great for the shorter distances, but does rub and chafe if you go to many miles. For a hiking pack and taking extras such as mp3 players and cell phones it is a great way to have hydration without having to take a full size camelbak.
