I searched locally to find this hood as it wasn't available in the store to match the jacket. You can't go wrong with Carhartt and to find it here AND at a good price was great!

Good product but one size does not fit all

Got the hood and found it was too small. I especially did not like the knit headband as it sat on the top of my head and was rather uncomfortable. I am not a large person but the hood appears to be made for someone a bit smaller. Generally I'm pleased with Carhartt but ended up returning this hood.

This is an excellent addition to the winter gear. This provides an extra layer of protection against the chilling winter winds and snow. Highly recommended for everyone who needs something extra tough and usable.

We are considering a move to Boston in the next few months, and what better way to get ready for the winter than to load up on Carhartt gear! We purchased a Carhartt Arctic coat for my daughter (an awesome deal from Altrec) and just needed to get the hood to go with it. This hood fits extremely well, has a knitted headband that blocks out those icy-cold gusts, and looks great with the Arctic coat. Once can't have the Carhartt Arctic coat without this hood!

Snaps right on to the back of the collar and envelopes your face in warmth. Same color as my jacket. Never had anything I didn't love from Carharrt.

Great accessory to compliment an excellent jacket. Carhartt never disappoints! Detachable which is a nice feature and headband keeps it tight, great for heavy blowing snow.

I order the carhartt hood for my jacket like a month ago and I did not receive it. It could of gotten lost of mail man delivered the wrong address. But Altrec was nice enought to send me another one hood for me. So I'm very happy with their customer service even though on the second time they went out of stock but having the patient that I am a representative Laura helped me from the beginning until the end. The hood is great and durable and is the exact thing that I was looking for add on to my carhartt jacket.

this seems to be the warmest attachable hood, with quilting inside and a headband too. The hood is detachable, which is nice.
