This product is supreme to others the standard that others are judged by. This is the fourth carharrt jacket I have owned and have found all four to be of the highest quality. The latest one purchased is the artic quilt lined and since I live in the midwest the winters can be very cold at numerous times and I have no doubt that the most current purchase will keep me warm even when the temperature goes below zero. My only concern is that it may prove to be too warm. Fit is comfortable and true to size.

Awesome jacket. I live in Denver Co. This past week we got hit with a tremendous snow storm. I was a great oportunity to test out the jacket. It was vary warm & comfortable to ware all day. I highly recommend it.

Fits too small

I've read a ton of reviews and they all say they fit true to size... but they definitely fit small, especially if you're going to wear a sweatshirt underneath!! Had to return for a bigger size.

Very durable, thick material and nice color. Like that it is machine washable and has wide arms for ease of movement. Like that it is cotton and does not make a lot of noise when it is cold outside. Highly recommend.

Most people have designated this jacket as a work only jacket. NOT So, This jacket goes well to casual parties, family outings, Work - not office work, I like the cut of the jacket. It tapers on the side and has a flap on the back side to protect when you bend over. I layer it with a sweatshirt for cold days. I was on a boat with very high winds. I was the one of the only persons who was not freezing cold. My only complaint is that I wish they came in more colors.

I was a little disappointed in the fit, only in that it is shorter than I had thought. It looked longer to me in the pic.

After borrowing a 10 year old Carhartt artic quilt lined jacket to work outdoors all day in 23 degree weather with winds at 15 mph. Had a tee shirt and a timberland lined hoodie with it. Found unrestricted room for arm movement hammering nails overhead twisting and bending while installing door frames on the house. It was comfortable and warm without being too bulky to work in that I ordered one for myself the very next day. I am very pleased with the quality, fit and lowest price offered by Altrec.com. I researched many companies but found the best price right here at Altrec.com. And it's made in the USA.

Very short fit nearly above the waistline...had to return it. You should consider purchasing a tall if you wish to buy this jacket. Also, don't count on Altrec actually having this item in stock (even if it says the item is available).

Carhartt makes a great product. This is my fourth Carhartt jacket/coat. Yes this jacket is a little short, but that’s why it’s listed as a jacket and not a coat. When buying online you need to research the product thoroughly. It especially helps if you visit the manufacture website. This was my first buying experience with Altrec.com and it has been very pleasant. Great jacket! Just what I wanted and at ½ the price. Thanks Altrec!!
