I have been wearing Carhartt pants for years. The loose fitting versions are too baggy for me but the traditional fit straight leg are a good for a thin person. Quality is top notch. When i compare the latest jeans to ones bought a few years ago the new jeans have a shorter rise. They actually fit better but it was an unexpected change. It's probably what the slim-fit in the description means. The new jeans also have a darker color than the last versions. While that has lightened some after several washings it is a good look. The real plus for buying thru Altrec is the great product descriptions in their web site.
