Shirt does run small but is very nice quality. According to the size chart I was right between S and M so I ordered both. I cant quite button all the way down on the small but it still looks nice only partially buttoned or tucked in. am 5' 5", 125lbs and just had my fourth baby 6 weeks ago so I was looking for something to hide my belly and nurse in. I like how long it is- no gapping when I bend over! Also, nice feminine fit and pretty colors.
Great everyday shirt

Although fit is a bit on the small side, the material gives and looks great both alone and layered. Definitely would buy another in one of the other colors. And as it was on sale, the price could not be beat. really like the altrec.com website. It is easy to use and the product comes in a prompt manner.

Great shirt
April 07, 2011
I always have a hard time finding button up shirts that fit right in all the right places, but this shirt is pretty close to perfect! I have wide shoulders and a larger chest, and this shirt fits great, no gapping buttons or tight yoke, but the cut trims in at the waist and then flares a little at the hips. Looks very feminine, while looking "rugged" and the fabric isn't too stiff or too floppy. I also love love love 3/4 length sleeves, so happy to find all these great features in one shirt, with great colors.
Pros: Build quality, Ease of use, Great value, great cutquality shirt

I ordered 3 of these shirts and all 3 were great colors. This shirt does run small compared to my other Carhartt shirts. I normally wear a small and had to go up to a medium in order to have room in the arms. And I do not have large arms at all. This shirt fits snugly around the middle and my waist is 27. I ordered these to wear in the summer but find them to not have much breathability. They will be perfect for fall and early winter . The sleeve length is great to wear with a three quarter sleeve sweater. These shirts have great overall quality and should last a long time.

I don't usually do plaids, but this shirt looks great and the fit is feminine and flattering. I like that the sleeves roll up and secure with a button tab since I hate having sleeves in the way. The medium I ordered fit just as I like, which wasn't the case for another button-down shirt by the same maker that I had to return because it was too large. I'll probably end up getting another color in addition to the pink that I have now.

Love this top! I am a xs - s wearing a 32B bra and about 110 lbs. the XS fit perfect. Not to tight, not to loose. Seems like it will last forever. Very nice quality. Going to order in more colors!

I have 3 of them!

Yes, now I have three of these paid shirts in different colors. I like them because they are so versatile. They look great in the office, tucked in, but also for a more casual look, I can wear it untucked. I have broad shoulders and button down shirts frequently don't fit me well (gaps between buttons in the front). but this shirt does not do that. The fabirc is a bit stiff at first, but softens with washing. Great for the office or for kicking back on the weekends.
Pros: Great design, Build qualitycomfortable yet dressy

I bought a large (I'm 5' 9" and 155 lbs, 34B) because my climber biceps and lats tend to be too big for fitted shirts. The first things I noticed was that this shirt is long enough not to gap when I sit down. Huge plus! The shoulders are just a tad narrow for me, but not enough to affect the way the shirt lays. I like the 3/4 sleeve with the option to button, again, since the sleeves of fitted shirts like this tend to be too short because of my build. The fabric is stiff before the first wash but is very soft and comfortable afterwards. The color and cut are very feminine, which offsets the fact that it is Carhartt. It's now my go-to shirt for job interviews and dressy dinners.
