Hard to find hat that is quite versatile. I've been wearing with the flaps down all week in the northeast and although it looks weird, it works. I'm even able to wear it over a bluetooth device and still chat. When I'm indoors I tuck the flaps in and wear it like a regular baseball hat since it's also difficult to hear people with them down. I'll take it west with me and wear it in my Winter softball league on chilly nights.

I bought 2 caps for my husband. He loves them. The ear flap can be worn on his ears or hidden. The caps have been great for Minnesota weather.

WorkFlex Ear-Flap Cap fit great with the flaps both tucked in the cap and extended. The extended fit well around the ears.

Great cap. Just right for the cold temp and wind.
