I bought this product, and it is awesome, I like it so much, I think they are comfortable, the design and everything is great, we have to be aware that they are CAT, so you will not find a better brand than this one, I am sure. I am going to use them for a long time, and also I am sure I am going to buy more. And the best thing is the price I found on Altrec.com, I have not found a better price on a different website, I give them an A+++++++++++++++++.

As always this product is excellent, I bought another pair, and gave it to my father for the father´s day and he is so happy with it. That was the best gift ever. I gave it to him on time because altrec store, delivery it on time.

I have been wearing steel toes for 20 odd years and these are the most uncomfortable, ill-thought out shoe design I have ever come across. They are heavy and cumbersome. The steel toe cuts into the feet, the inner stitching also presses against the feet and there is almost no 'padding' inside the shoe which promotes further discomfort. The innersole 'comfort' is non-existent - it feels like you are walking barefoot on concrete. These boots/shoes could best be described as bricks on your feet. Altrec on the other hand delivered superfast and their customer service is always 5 star. But I really cannot return these things quick enough. For personal use I wear Merrell or North Face and opt for cheap steel toes for work. I thought paying the extra buck might bring extra comfort but not in this instance. If I could have scored this less than one star I would have done.

as far as steel toe shoes go, this has been the most comfortable pair yet. i spend my days walking around job-sites and the Antidote has not let me down yet. only downside is being that they are steel toe does make them slightly heavier than my last composite toed shoes.

Good low work boot

Just got my shoes about 10 days ago and they seem very well made and are comfortable. Really appreciate the safety of a steel tool in a low work shoe since I am around equipment. The soles have great traction but seem to clear themselves of debris better than other boots I have worn. So far these shoes have been water proof and I am around lots of water.

Since I received the CAT shoes, I have been using it, and for me they have worked perfectly, I use them almost every day, because I work with oiled and very tough materials and my CAT shoes has protected me. Before i got this shoes I used to buy a lot of pair of shoes, but now I think I will using this shoes for an entire year or more. Regarding the customer service of Altrec.com and the time of delivery they are the best, thanks.

Have to say, was a bit of a gamble to buy shoes online but it worked out nicely. The shoes are really sturdy and a bit heavy but that will get used to pretty soon. I work in a boat yard and walk a lot of stairs, I work outside sometimes they get wet, have to kneel a lot all and all a very solid shoe. I can't judge too much on the durability and quality because I only have worn these shoes for a week but so far they are very good. When kneeling its good to feel that the soles keep your feet straight and not that your toes get pinched and bend too far forward. Actually with previous shoes I have had that problem and sometimes loose feeling in my big toes because my nerves got pinched. When kneeling with these shoes you can kinda sit on the shoes and relax.

Is a Excellent work boot, very nice . They seem very well made and are comfortable. Is a appreciate the safety of a steel toe in a low work shoe because my work is heavy. So far theses boots have been water proof because my work is around lots.
