Poor Quality-Not Altrec's Fault Tho!

I bought these boots for my boyfriend for Christmas and by January 11 I was already shipping them back to return to Altrec... The boot we received detached from the sole after one week! The heel just slipped completely off the boot and you could see a very visible glue line that obviously failed. I never imagined to have to deal with a CATERPILLAR boot made so poorly, thankfully Altrec made returning it a breeze. My boyfriend loves the boot and is claiming we just got a "fluke boot" and begging to reorder it, but I'm extremely hesitant to ever purchase anything by CAT again (not Altrec though!) So happy that Altrec made returning these poorly made boots easy! I would be so upset if I paid this much and stuck with an awful product!
