Adorable, but hurt my feet

These boots seemed durable and well made. Looked very cute with skirts and skinny jeans. I normally wear a size 9 and after reading a previous review ordered an 8.5. My heel slipped up a bit in these still...but yet the width of the boot felt too narrow and hurt my feet. (I have average feet width - have never needed a wide in shoes before). Perhaps they just needed to get broken in, but I didn't want to take the chance of them not getting more comfortable, and returned them. I am still bummed about it because they were so adorable!

These boots are rugged enough for yard work and heavy machinery but great looking on a motorcycle or with a skirt or jeans on the weekend. They run almost a full size big...
