Women's ZX/2 Unaweep2 Sandals 4.7 5 24 24
I love Chaco sandals This is my 2nd pair of Chaco sandals. I bought a pair 5 years ago and I am still wearing them. Wanted a second pair. They are so comfortable I can walk in them all day. I prefer the style that wraps around the toe. I wear a size 8 in walking shoes but usually wear a size smaller in most sandals. I have a slightly wider than a B width so I ordered the 7 wide, it is a good fit. Even though these sandals are expensive, they are durable so worth the cost to me. August 7, 2011
I love how cute these are and able to go in and out of the water. The criss cross pattern on the footbed is a bit uncomfortable, maybe I will get used to it. I have sensative soles. The molded shape is great for walking however and my knees, hips, and back feel great when I wear them. I did have one unfortunate event in that they don't protect my toes like my Keens did and my boys keep injuring my feet by stepping on them. I had hoped they had grown out of this problem by now - sigh. July 27, 2011
First time Chaco buyer here My friend and my husband raved about Chacos so I thought I better try them. I'm glad I read some of the reviews, or I wouldn't have seen the instructions about adjusting the straps printed on the top of the box. (I'm always in a hurry, it seems.) Anyway, my first impression was that they are striking and attractive as sandals go. I have really bad plantar faciitis so I wanted sandals with very good support as I try to continue to get in shape. These sandals definitely have good support, especially under the arches. There are only two small problems that I see with this shoe, and they are not big enough problems for me to send them back. I have a narrow foot, and this is a narrow shoe, which is good, but I can feel the sides that rise up in the back when I walk. It's not uncomfortable, and it probably just takes getting used to. It's possible that I just needed a slightly bigger size; however, the length is fine. The other issue also has to do with my narrow foot. When I tightened the straps to a comfortable fit, I have a long end strap hanging over the side, which touches the ground. I guess I'll just cut off the excess or bind it up so it doesn't drag on the ground when I walk. All in all, this is an attractive comfortable sandal but not inexpensive. June 10, 2011
well worth it These shoes are perfect for summer weather. Don't have to worry about the fit because the straps are adjustable. Get these shoes July 14, 2010
Great fit, great product Despite some reviews I had read about experiencing discomfort from the straps, especially around the toe, I have found my chacos to be perfectly comfortable. The box came with easy-to-follow instructions on how to loosen or tighten the straps to fit your feet, and I haven't had to readjust the straps again since wearing them. The soles have great traction, even in wet conditions. Plus, the straps are much more stylish than the other models, which has helped make these sandals that much more practical--no need to change shoes after coming in from a hike or a bike ride. All around, these chacos have lived up to the brand's well-earned reputation. July 14, 2010
dependable comfort - colors lacking The orange and green colored stripes stood out a lot in "multi brown" color. Not at all what I thought it would like like from the photos online! Other than the color issue, these sandals are perfect. July 13, 2010
love my Chacos! I do love my Chacos but find that the double straps are not as comfortable as the single ones as they pull on my toes and feet in different ways. Like the single strap best! May 29, 2010
Amazing, as always As someone who has naturally flat feet, I swear by my Chacos for all-summer support. They're the only sandals that I can wear without feeling it later. The straps are completely adjustable, running through the footbed and around your foot to provide completely customized fit. If you don't have a pair of Chacos, you need one. If you already have one pair, you know you need a dress pair, too! May 28, 2010
Very Comfortable! I purchased these shoes for summer activities, including working next to the swimming pool as a stroke and turn judge for a swim team. I needed shoes that wouldn't cause me to slip. I ended up with a very comfortable pair of shoes that support my arches. These have become my favorite pair of summer shoes. May 20, 2010
great sandals I love these sandals but the toe strap seems to want to strangle my big toe!! Hoping with breaking them in they will loosen up. April 28, 2010
Fashionable and Practical These Chacos are extremely comfortable. I haven't experienced any of the issues with the straps that others have noted. The footbed is nicely formed and the straps make these sandals useful for everyday activities. April 23, 2010
best sandals While they are pricey as all get-up Chacos have never steered me wrong. My last pair held up for three years of serious hiking, city walking, and water activities until they finally popped a strap. I just got the ZX/2 and while breaking them in is a little tricky with all the straps I'm sure they won't disappoint. April 13, 2010
LOVE these shoes! I have been buying at least one pair of Chacos each summer for the past several years. I hike in mine during the summer and wear them out too. They are my favorite!! April 12, 2010
Awesome shoe!!! Perfect comfortable shoe for vacations where you will be doing alot of walking ie: Vegas Baby!!! March 17, 2010
Nice Sandals I bought these sandals for hiking and they are wonderful. I am going on a cruise this summer and will use them for water shoes. February 5, 2010
Chaco's take us everywhere From Thailand to Belize and all over the United States; we are a Chaco family and love how durable and comfortable they are. I just bought a new pair after having my old ones for many years and I'm excited for the many new adventures I will be taking in them. December 31, 2009
perfect for my trip! I don't normally like teva-ish sandals but these were great for trekking around big island, Hawaii. I wore them everyday to walk on lava fields, rugged coastline, to the beach wherever. The rugged soles are comfy and have good traction. Once I got used to the strap adjustment they were perfect. I love them! December 9, 2009
I Love these sandals, they stay on my feet! I kayak, and am in the water a lot. Frequently getting out in quick moving currents. I have never had a problem with these sandals getting loose. I have tried cheaper shoes with velcro straps and the water has come close to taking them off my feet, that has not happened with the Chaco's. With the toe strap and the Virbam sole I have great foot stability and feel confident in steeping out of my boat into any water. If your a water baby get a pair of these you'll love them. November 10, 2009
Didn't work for me Unfortunately, these sandals didn't work for me. But, I don't think that's the fault of the sandal...I just have weird feet. October 26, 2009
Great sandal! Ordered up a half size since they only come in whole sizes and it was definitely the smart thing to do. Great sandal with great support. Will order more colors. August 3, 2009
Great Sandals These Sandals are really perfect for anything from hiking to boating and everything in between. The only big drawback, I see is that they don't dry very fast. Which can be frustrating if your feet get wet and then you have to hike a few miles. May 26, 2009
These are terrific for hiking I bought these for my new daughter-in-law who is an avid hiker. She loves them, and I'm thrilled that her first birthday present is a hit!! She's already worn them several times and loves the style and color. May 18, 2009
My daughter loves these Her first pair of Chaco's lasted more than five years and went to four continents. This was her birthday gift, and the basic black color goes with anything. May 14, 2009
What I expected I bought a pair of Chaco sandals based on the great reviews I've read and so far so good; still breaking them in. The strap configuration is a bit hard to get right, but I knew to expect it and it won't be a problem. I will be wearing them on a 2 week trip to Italy in May and I think they'll be perfect for all the walking we'll be doing. Nice that they are a bit dressier looking than typical trail sandals.
