Excellent for backpacking
These are a great way to get some easy protein after or during a long hike. The crunchy shells don't melt in the sun and they taste good. I mix a packet in with my GORP.

Shot Roks *********ROCK!!
Best improvement in energy/recovery since the Pop Tart! I dig these! Easy to eat, sometimes I can only get one or two down. I mountain bike and when I'm about 3/4 of the way into a 3-4 hour ride I try to get some of these down. Helps recovery, you can eat em slow. Chocolate ones taste like the tasty stale malted milk balls you found under you car seat months after the drive in. The Peanut butter are awesome. Ordering the others today. The only downside is that they do not come in 5 pound tubs!

Delicious, quick source of protein
Both flavors of the Cliff Shot Roks are delicious. Even my kids ask for them when they see me eating them. They're just what I'm in the mood for after a good workout!

Great product, great service!
The Clif Shot Roks are delicious and makes great post-workout snacks. Highly recommend these for athletes on the go. Ordering through Altrec.com was easy, and products arrived in time and without damage.
